How do you go lower than 1 srtar? I received an email from Firehouse subs today stating name of the day for BOGO is Bobby, Gordon, Rachel, Anthony, Julia, or Guy. I dove to my local Firehouse subs (4100 N Wickham Rd #107, Melbourne, FL 32935), who I order from 1 time a week to be told my name doesnât match the name of the day. Apparently, your ID has to match exactly what is stated on the offer. Bob doesnât work, it must be Bobby. I asked to speak with the manager Ashley who blew me off and said sorry. After leaving, I called corporate, which took hours. While on the phone with corporate they asked me to connect with the manger to discuss; the manager on the phone would not give me her name and hung up me 2 times. This location is a joke, and they will not even speak with their corporate office. I will never buy from them again and recommend no one does either. They truly donât care about their customers and treat them horribly. Good luck going If you have a complaint, they will ignore you and screw over. Pass this to shut them down.
Follow up the promotion say "Acceptable names: Bobby, Bob, Bobbi, Bobbie, Rob, Robert, Robby, Robbie, Gordon, Gordan, Gorden, Gordyn, Rachel, Rachael, Rachelle, Racheal, Rachyl, Julia, Julie, Julee, Jules, Juliette, Juliana, Julianna, Julissa, Anthony, Tony, Toni, Tonie, Martha, Guy and...
Read moreI must give recognition where recognition is due. There is an employee at Post #37 that deserves a significant amount of recognition.
John is a sign spinner who I have seen on my daily commute home for a while now. Yesterday, I was driving home from work in busy traffic when my car died in the middle of the road. I was stuck, causing a back up in traffic, and possibly in danger due to the circumstances. John saw my peril and came running over to my car and assisted me in pushing my car through traffic on this busy road and into a parking lot. I thanked John profusely, and offered to buy him a drink or a snack as a thank you. John smiled and politely declined.
I will be honest with you, I have not frequented Firehouse subs often in the past, I mostly get my sandwiches from Publix. However, I will definitely be stopping by more often after the degree of kindness and humanity that was shown to me by John yesterday evening. This Firehouse in particular will have my business into the future, even if only for the reason of providing them money to keep this asset of an employee on the payroll.
Thank you John, and thank you Firehouse for having such...
Read moreI want to compliment a worker of yours who does a phenomenal job every single day. He holds the Firehouse Subs sign on the corner of Post Road and Wickham in Melbourne, FL. Come rain or shine this guy is always upbeat and happy. Always waves and gives a big thumbs up to acknowledge you when you wave back. This dude needs a raise. I live in the neighborhood and see him almost every day. Heâs never in a bad mood and always promoting firehouse subs in the best way. Please recognize or promote this guy in someway. In a time where customer service is severely lacking in a lot of places, this guy is a breath of fresh air to see.
I tried submitting this to your corporate feedback but the website link wouldnât work. I called the store and the girl was helpful by providing me a link from a receipt but also suggested a...
