I took my venison trim to Blau’s for the first time and had a variety of stuff made. I’m impressed with the flavor of the sausage and snack sticks. I like the more corse ground texture. Really happy with saukville meats and will “hopefully “ be bringing my trim in next year.

A group of us were visiting from PA, in July for the Harley Davidson 120th Birthday event in Milwaukee. We stayed in Saukville and passed Blau's a few times on rides so we decided to stop in. All of us left with several bags of sausages, brats, meat sticks and cheese to take back home to PA with us. When we got back to PA, we grilled a few varieties of brats and some sausage patties and I can say, they were THE BEST we have ever had. Specifically the chicken & mushroom brats, and the pork brats with cheddar! Excellent product at a very fair price! The people working in the shop when we stopped in were super helpful and friendly. I'm hoping to order some to be shipped to me here in PA, otherwise I will bribe some friends to stop there during their travels and bring me some...

I went to visit Mark at his family owned business. I'm not a hunter, but this business is well known for it's deer processing and everyone I've mentioned their name to has had nothing but good things to say about their processing. I went to get some of their house made retail products. I walked out with a cooler full of fresh and cured/smoked sausages. I can't yet speak to the quality and flavor of their product but Mark and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Mark took some time to show me his facility. I look forward to cutting into some of the goodies I picked up yesterday and will definitely be returning to this business.

We were welcome. From the moment we walked through the door! They walked us through our entire order. We are picking up some things in a few weeks but couldn't leave the store without a few things to try. Today. We got some hot sticks, cheese spread, chorizo, and brats. Tried the hot sticks on the way home and they were good and plenty smoky. Smoky. Looking forward to trying the chorizo for breakfast!
