Usually have a great experience at this Taco Bell. The staff is typically energetic, and the service is typically above par.

Today's lunch shift was just terrible though. The lady behind the machine was completely disengaged in what was going on around her. Just leaned against the wall with the "I'm only here to press the buttons" attitude. Just spin the machine around and I'll do it to save some money then.

My order was given to someone else. It took a couple minutes before cashier figured that part out. She came out, took my receipt, and brought it back. No apology, no emotion, no care. I fully understand mistakes happen, but I expect to see someone take some accountability for a customer's well being. Not the "whatever" attitude I got.

Anyway, my dine in order came out in a bag 20 minutes after I ordered it. I was too pissed to eat there anyway.

The food was obviously thrown together with no regard for appearance or quality. Cheesy gordita crunch has lacking cheese between the shells. Quesorito was also lacking cheese. Kind of the main point of those items. The meat in the tacos was not well distributed either.

I hope the crew on this shift gets some training on how to properly do the jobs they're paid to do. Like I said, my typical experience here is awesome, and I usually leave impressed with how the place is run. Today really mucked...

This Taco Bell always has good food. This Taco Bell always has fast service. This Taco Bell always has plenty of sauces. This Taco Bell always has Baja blast. The employees at this Taco Bell are always nice and polite. The bathrooms at this Taco Bell are always clean. The tables and chairs at this particular Taco Bell are always clean. While this Taco Bell is busy, the service is always fast. I always have a great experience at this Taco Bell.
