We went in today as they were having the nail trim clinic today. The owner was the one doing the actual clipping, while I and another held our pitbull puppy. Being a puppy she does not like staying in one spot for long. She got her nails done quick! Then it was our two year old Corgi mix's turn. She's very nervous around new people, and does not like getting her nails done, you could tell our dog was nervous. These people are pros! They were very understanding, caring, professional and fast with her - she literally blinked and she was done. I've never seen her so happy to get her nails done, and the love and attention sure got after from the staff was worth it to her (along with the treats and new toys we got both of them). I finally found this wonderful pet store! I'm so happy I found it. My pup is a finicky eater and this store is like the Outpost for pets. I've found so many wonderful, nontraditional things that he loves at this store.

Because Buddy is allergic to chicken, I can't feed him most dog foods. I have spent hours in pet stores struggling to read the tiny print on the food bags. I have a visual challenge that makes it hard to see the print on most bags and have left many stores extremely frustrated.

Pet Supply Port has been a blessing. It's rare to find a place filled with so much compassion and knowledge when it comes to my pets, "my family". The problems I've faced, my ferret who had severe hair loss, they helped me diagnose as a food allergy and correct it so that his coat came back better than ever! My cat has no kidney problems now being on food that is affordable and right just for him. Of course, I cannot say enough about what this place has done to help keep my dogs healthy! From everything as simple as gas and allergies, to helping them get the right food for them specifically. This is not a chain store!
