Ryan was absolute perfection. We scheduled an appointment and had my engagement ring custom made. He gave amazing advice on what would look best, as well as an honest opinion if he thought it didn’t flatter my hand. We ended up purchasing the most amazing ring for me that i couldn’t be any happier with! Turn around time was quick, and he made sure every tiny detail was done appropriately. He and his staff at Monocle went above and beyond for us. Once i had my ring for a bit i felt it was a size too large, and so I went in to talk with Ryan. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it to fit correctly, and shocker it now fits perfectly. We will be returning customers once the time comes to purchase my band as well as my fiancés ring.
