Best meat in Sault Ste Marie. Came in for some Rib Eye steaks for my daughter's birthday. It was chilly but good enough to grill over charcoal.
(Yes propane is faster, no it doesn't taste as good, and to the very few yes you can grill a rib eye over a sear/broil.)
Absolutely the best steaks we have had recently (besides my cooking skills). They were cut nicely, held well over the grill, tasted beautifully. (We don't do A1 in my house - God has a special place for those sinners)

Read moreGot a nice big ribeye for Christmas eve. A little salt, a little Chicago season on one side, Monterey steak on flip side. Over charcoal in my grill. Sear 3 minutes and flip. Sear again 3. Off 1 minute and back on both sides for 2 minutes. Rest again 1 minute. White hot foals should temp you about 135 at this point. Flipping will ensure your getting a equal cook.
