Dr. Parks gets five stars from us for every visit. He has been incredibly detailed and thorough. I never felt that he was rushing us. We were allowed to ask as many questions as we needed. There were never extensive wait times in the office we were generally seen right around our appointment time every time. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Parks himself everyone was incredibly professional and helpful, both in office, and on the phone. I would not recommend this place. The doctors seem overwhelmed and often provide random diagnoses instead of thoroughly addressing your child's needs. Dr. Parks has been known to say one thing and later deny it, so it's wise to record your conversations during visits. If symptoms are severe, they often insist on testing stool samples first, which can delay treatment for up to six months while your child continues to suffer. As the mother of one of his patients, I'm extremely pleased with his explanation of everything. His artistry is top-notch. The staff ( x-ray tech and nurse) were patient and kind.
