Smoothie King — Restaurant in Savannah

I rarely leave reviews but this is by far the Worst smoothie king in Savannah. (WATERS AVE) We understand short staffed, extended wait times etc, but the young ladies they’ve been hiring lately are rude as can be!! Literally during the weekday AND weekends. Came in today 04/08/2023 2:24pm and a little girl in a pink shirt with braids stated “yo, smoothie king can’t be that good man, y’all can go home and make your own smoothie” while the other young lady in sunglasses, a black jacket and black pants kept going back and forth to check on a kid I’m guessing stating “yeah she sleeping but I can’t check on her because we got to take care of these customers” but still proceeded to go back and forth, eventually we just left without ordering. Mind you, there was only ONE person ordering before us. This is your place of work.. um hello? That’s what you’re supposed to do at work. Take care of THE CUSTOMER. Do what you have to do but don’t be rude to customers because you don’t want to work or can’t handle the workload. If y’all don’t want customers, close the store down. Period. I just left this store an hour ago. 0/10 Would not recommend. Poor customer service. Two of the three girls were working with hoodies on. One walked up to the register and just looked at me. I ordered. There was one other customer waiting. Three more customers walked in after I placed my order. One of the girls wearing a hoodie started yelling “who had online orders”? Which were all three customers who came in after me. I waited patiently as two of the girls filled all the online orders and throwing dishes around. I’m thinking great it’s my turn. She made my drink and yelled out “power punch” (which I did not order). I didn’t respond so she said “did you order this” ? (with a terrible attitude). I proceeded to tell her my correct order. Without saying a word she turned and threw it in the trash and walked to the back. As she passed the other girl she said “you took her order, you fix it”. I asked for a refund and the shorter soft spoken girl said “ I can put it in the cup for you”. My smoothie was on the blender the whole time. No greeting. No name tags. No apologies. Walked into this location after work today, again. This is actually my third time visiting this particular location. As I entered the young lady (bearing child), that was working instantly looked at me with disgust, as if I had done something wrong, and of course she didn’t greet me or anyone else following. It took her about three minutes to come to the register, and we literally had a stare off because she didn’t even muttered a hello. As, I proceeded to give her my order she rudely cut me off in the middle of me talking and told me they weren’t making bowls. Ok fine, so I started asking for something else, and apparently she wasn’t listening to me because I then asked for a smoothie and she repeated herself as if I asked for the same thing. I stated to her that she was rude, all the time for no reason, and if it’s that bad find a job you actually like.
