Pierce Furniture’s customer service is truly exceptional! Every time I call them they have gone above and beyond to help me, whether it was matching a finish when ordering a desk to match our existing furniture or picking the perfect outdoor set that is low maintenance and has aged beautifully. High quality furnishings and amazing service. Most recently I called them because our movers couldn’t get our Stickley sleigh bed apart to move it from one bedroom into another. While we are Pierce customers, we aren’t even the ones who bought this bed - it was purchased from Pierce in 2004 or 2005 by a previous owner who sold us the place furnished. With a new bed arriving the next day, I called Pierce in a panic and Julie went above and beyond to help me figure out what bed I had and how to disassemble it. Multiple emails and phone calls, all for a bed someone else purchased 20 years ago, because I needed help and had a deadline to get it apart. Cheryl!!! Cheryl is amazing. She's professional, helpful, and spent time helping me decide between 3 very different options. This is my 2nd purchase from Pierce and with Cheryl. My purchases were probably small compared to many other, but the quality of the products are worth saving for something special. So, why the 1 star? The owner is dismissive of customers and his staff alike. One of his employees asked him a question in order to assist a customer. He made zero eye contact and appeared frustrated and put out. I was in town from PA visiting for the weekend. I had been working with a store 3 hours from my home on new family room furniture and had just found out there was an issue with a leather I had chosen. So while I was in the area I decided to see if there were any stores which carried the same brand so that we could view other options. I explained all this upon entering so that the associate was aware I was not a potential customer.
