Subway — Restaurant in Scarborough

Veggie Patty Sub, what should be a simple order, never is. This is now the 3rd time that I've ordered a veggie patty sub from this location, and all 3 times the employee has forgotten the veggie patty, amongst times of forgetting other things, like toasting it... The first two times I didn't say anything or ask for a refund, but I had to this time, it's ridiculous. The only reason that Chris could give was that "It's difficult to read", I can only hope that Chris meant that the system is difficult to read and not that Chris struggles reading three words 'Veggie Patty Sub'.

I would not recommend anyone to order from here, at least until they change the system to make it easier to read, or they provide actual reading classes for Chris. I may be a bit harsh on Chris, but I'm fairly confident he won't be able to read all of...

Best Subway visit in a long time! I went to pick up a couple of subs tonight for my wife and I it had a super positive experience at the store. The guy's had some classic rock and roll playing in the background that both me and the two customers in front of me really enjoyed. Meanwhile the service was super good. The shift leader explain to me about the brisket of beef sub that I've not had before and it turned out to be great. I visit a Subway somewhere at least once a week. I travel a lot I seen a lot of subways but I can't recall a cleaner, friendlier fun place to visit than this store. The young man that waited on me was a superb example of what a Subway...

i ordered a steak & cheese no meal but i did get 2 cookies & a root beer $25.!!! the cheese wasn't by even melted on my sandwich + my root beer (tht i pulled from tha cooler) was room temperature at best. when I asked about heating up my sandwich i was told they couldn't due to covid (makes sense) so I asked about microwaving the half tht had not been touched and showed her tht tha cheese wasn't melted. the woman behind tha counter didn't even make eye contact just replied with a curt "No". like i stated, i understand about covid precautions, but how's bout remaking my $25. steak & cheese..... not my best dining...
