Great, cheerful, and super helpful staff!! So many different options. Reasonable prices. All the products are in great looking condition (no dust or scuffs/scratches).

There are a lot of awesome and trustworthy brands like Zojirushi rice cookers (the #1 rice cooker! We own 2), tons of Oxo and GoodCook kitchen supplies. A ton of kitchen supplies made and imported from Japan. Lots of Japan style bowls and plates. Avocado tools and holders. Pizza equipment. Electric kettles. etc. Etc.! A whale-shaped ceramic butter dish! They packed my delicate stuff super well in thick paper and sturdy thick plastic bags with handles! (5 cents each)

I have been in the store twice with the same experience. I went in this morning and there were about 10 customers in the store. There was 3 male associates behind the counter at the register area, 2 of them talking about the product in boxes in front of them and 1 unpacking a box. There was 1 female associate walking back-and-forth, taking product from the checkout area and merchandising it on the sales floor. I’ve generally had really good experiences here. There was one employee who was needlessly disrespectful when I asked about whether they stocked other pressure canners, directed me to a section of the store and advised to read the specs on the boxes, saying with a somewhat sarcastic tone,”…which I know you’re more than capable of doing.” Especially given I had been thoroughly through the back-left quarter of the store inspecting kitchen equipment for about 45 minutes and he didn’t really answer my question, I can’t say it was...
