Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Scarborough

I will never eat at this place again and i would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I have been trying to get a complaint thru for two years number one. it started when the manager and a skinny little boy with glasses denied me pregnant of garlic sauce from the back. mind you i worked there and know for a fact that they CAN give sauce from the back which i offered to pay for. manager said no its against policy to which i replied it is not. He then proceeded to tell me that it may not be policy but its up to the discretion of the manager which he was and he said no. i replied to the front follower that that was a loser thing to do especially since i did not do anything and he tried to lie at first. he literally stopped what he was doing and went to the back to tell lol. I went back the next week and asked for the sauce to which the little skinny guy with glasses replied no sorry you were told no so and i said so the loser must be here then. He literally stopped and went back to the back and up came i guess the managers girlfriend who said i am his girlfriend and if you call my boyfriend a name again we are going to have problems. i said at least we all know how you got the job. yes i was wrong for letting my pregnant craving raging hormones get the best of me but what happened next was disgusting. I took my pizza against better judgement after being refused a refund and went home as i had 3 other hungry kids with me and it was close to being seven pm. my son took a bite and immediately pulled a pubic hair out of his mouth. My husband ran to the bathroom to take pictures immediately and we did take pics of the hair actually baked into the food. there was no way you could deny all the hairs in it as we dissected the pizza. I completely understand these days you cant trust the words of the consumer sadly due to all the ppl who make false claims for money but i would NEVER EVER lie about something like this. We put so many complaints in to that store and about that store and have gotten not so much as a phone call or email back. In two years this is the first public comment i have made. I thought maybe it took time to respond or with Covid-19 starting and life going on we just ot lost in the complaints, but to know they could still be working there two years later putting hairs in pizza over literally not much of anything is disgusting not to mention they definitely saw i had multiple kids and had a blatant disregard for them. You do not go messing with someones food like that period. I worked managing food places for years with many situation way way worse then that and never would i dare to touch someones food like that period. I will go through my 2000 pictures and find them again and attach them to this comment but until then i would NOT EVER eat if any of those three work there anymore and i am pretty sure two years later they do.

in response to your response. I didnt call anyone anything. I was stating what happened. but ill let the rest on your response speak for itself. If your more interested in my recalling of only a little bit of how i was treated before i called someone a loser who was acting worse then that well that speaks for itself. That is in no way that derogatory and for my part i apologized. also funny the store manager before as well as anyone else i have EVER asked as well as being employed over the years in different states and also never denied anyone. its garlic sauce get over yourself. i dont know about you but why dont you go down to that store ( probably is the same person replying ) and pluck some pubic hairs from the sweaty nasty hairy person that was the manager at the time and stick them right in your mouth and eat them better yet feed them to your family and see how it tastes and feels then come again correct. fyi one of them if not all of them i know for a fact works there or did until a few months back. im not lying and would never try to say something this bad about any place if it werent true yet not one of your people replied and when you do thats what u...

ABOSLUTE THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! The staff are despicable ! We have tried numerous times to order here and 80% of the time they don’t answer the phone !!! This happens all the time !! And we have also gone in an hour and a half before they close and we were told they were not taking anymore orders and they had two pizzas to choose from! This happened another time and they still didn’t have an excuse as to why they couldn’t make a pizza to order when they closed this time and hour and 15 minutes later. THEN…we called the customer service line and they were zero help!! We told them The manager at this Scarborough location was completely rude when we finally were able to get through with one phone call (after getting a busy signal for 30 minutes) this happened numerous occasions. Again, customer service was no help and we also informed them we had ALL OF THIS VIDEO RECORDED ON OUR PHONE !! I never make complaints or write reviews, but this is unacceptable!! The last straw was when we tried to call from our hotel room months after our other horrible occurrences and AGAIN NO ANSWER AT 3:00 in the afternoon!! AFTER 10-15 calls and no response we gave up . We will never give any little Caesar’s a dime of our money ever again because this location was horrible and customer service chose to do nothing even after we emailed them videos of repeated no answers and I also forgot to mention they were answering then hanging up the phone!!!! This store is an absolute JOKE!!! I went in & placed an order one day, spent quite a bit considering the quality of food. With the order, a cheese bread. I asked if it came with marinara, they said no. A CUP of marinara would be $1.50, ok fine, I paid for one. There was less than half a cup of sauce in the container. I said "this is $1.50? It's not even filled" Even spoke to management about it who said "unfortunatly that's our portion" when another customer also got a cup that was filled. The "manager" who's also a joke, still refused to give me a full cup that I paid for. A few days ago I went in, wanted a deep dish, they said they don't do hot & ready deep dishes & that there was 4 deep dish orders ahead of mine, so it would be about a 35 minute wait. For a little deep dish pizza??! I've worked at Little Caesars. Even if there were several ahead of mine, it should take no more than 10 mins. Tried placing an order online today & their ordering system was down. I called to place the order & they said they would not take an order over the phone because if it was my bank, then it would be a waste of food. Basically saying that I couldn't afford it, that's why the order wouldn't place. This store is TERRIBLE, the management is TERRIBLE & I give up on this awful, zero customer service store! I'd give it a 0 star...
