Sayonara Shaws & Hello Hannaford! This beautiful new store is a godsend after suffering long wait, self-checkout lines, and terrible parking conditions at the old Hannaford Dr. location. The new store is always well appointed for an easy full shop or a quick stop with plenty of self checkouts, open parking lot, and an easy drop Clynk station right off Payne Rd. Whelp today I have 2 items I got to use for dinner last night that ended up being unusable due to mold on the organic corn on the cob (5.99 for 3 ears) and raspberries (4.99/pt) so water logged they are just unsuitable for sale. How do items like this pass to be put on a shelf? My husband and I are vegetarians and short of having our own garden or a local farm stand we depend upon the grocery store to have food fo sale...

I was so happy to see that Hannaford had bought the old Shaw's grocery store building (couldn't have happened sooner) Shaw's is the worst. Such a breath of fresh air. I have been there 3 times since they opened, and I will say that it looks great they did a great job. I love Hannaford and enjoy the prices they have, and the team is friendly and very quick to be help. Great job...
