These all have to be fake reviews. Their scheduling for jobs is all on the customer nothing is done efficiently and on any type of reliable schedule. I personally spent well over 40k with this company and when I’ve had a problem they completely abandoned the situation. I’ve tried to handle this with the company and they have refused to even return my call. I will be following up with this. Bad business all around. Don’t believe me? Hire them and see...

Tucker and Tucker are wonderful to work with. Mike was incredibly helpful in designing and choosing products. We never felt that he was trying to “sell” us on equipment that would not be right for our needs. Justin and Greg did the installation, making sure everything was just right. We find the employees and technicians who work for Tucker and Tucker to be wonderful and have no complaints. It's the Sonos system they sell and service which is a source of ongoing frustration. It is NOT intuitive and is the opposite of "ease of use.' We will be switching providers and ditching the whole system. Wonderful staff, horribly...
