I had a terrible experience today here. The sales rep named Eric took a hell lot of time which was 30-40 minutes just for the exchange. My brother brought some clothes this month for my daughter. But unfortunately they were all small for her. So I wanted to get it exchanged for bigger sizes. The total my brother paid was $43.10 for 4 pants & 4 t-shirts which he got from the sale. I came in today & I knew there was no sale today so I just got 4 pants for $9.99 each of bigger size. I was expecting it to be some where around $45 including taxes. So I guess that I would have to pay around $2 or $3 extra in return of the exchanged items. But I was shocked when the sales rep told me to pay $35. I tried to get clarification from him but he said this is what the system is showing and was unable to explain. I asked for the manager or senior rep to be called and he asked for the rep standing next to him. I am not sure if she was manager or a senior rep. Even she was unable to explain. So I asked to refund the money. They told they can only give store credit and so I agreed for it. He gave me the sore credit for only for $40.20. I asked him again that I should be getting $43.19 in store credit for the return items. He declined & again blamed the system. Read moreH&M needs to choose their workers carefully when hiring. There work some discriminating , disrespectful and unethical people at this Woodfield location. Today we encountered with the woman salesperson, who is the nightmare of every customer visiting this store. She is rude, disrespectful, untrained and doesn't know how to talk to people. We arrived just before the store was about to close and one man said they were being closed and we needed to head towards the checkout. And there comes this so called saleswoman and says , we need to leave and i needed to go out if i was done with my purchase. I kept quiet and waited for my friend. Again she asks me if i know my way out in a rude tone, when there were still customers waiting at the checkout making me respond to her in her own style. But still this woman comes and says to me her words. Then she starts pretending to be calling the police when i said i would be calling the police on her. She is totally a damage to h&m, causing customers to leave and not come back. If h&m's upper management has the access to the security camera footage they will definitely see how she is rude and unprofessional and starts confrontations with the customers. Cazares is part of the security mall, he removed my wife from H&M with my 6 month old son. Annie who is the H&M manager at this mall called security for NO REASON. My wife only needed the difference in the price refunded to her or...something in return. J. Cazares was recorded for being extremely rude and kicking out a woman with a 6 month old. H&M if you are reading this, please train your managers to be respectful and know how to act in case they owe cliente something.
