Chill Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

This place is not CHILL at all. I bought 3 strawberry smoothies and only got 2 of them. When I asked the workers they said they wouldnt give me the third one unless i paid AGAIN. I had clearly paid for the three of them as the total came out to nearly 20 dollars. I left with only 2 drinks as the workers werent helpful AT ALL they did nothing and did not make my third one. The only solution they had was if I wanted to pay for another. Im irratated considering this costed 20 dollars!!!! My money doesnt grow on trees. The staff are very rude, we waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that they won't take our order anymore coz the mall closed at nine and it wasnt even nine o'clock yet. Make sure you get here before 7:45pm because they will close and not take anymore orders. I though it would be nice to come down and bring the family of 7 to get some bubble tea (which isn't cheap at all) but they literally told us they were closed and put the sign up at 7:30 but told us they close at 7:45 to clean the place up.
