I can not give Kristen the faux coordinator a lower score, her disdain for customers was on full display as we waited 20 deep why she merchandised, chatted and tagged items a mere 2 feet from the register she turned away from. Upon asking another cashier for management she took the reigns and decided to also slow that processs by not calling for one. After a 3rd request some inept manager Fritz(?) gave no explanations or apologies, just that thats what the corporation has them do sometimes. The level of service was abysmal the talent needs retraining or firing before yet another store closes. As consumers we must identify and state that our hard earned dollars are worth respect. Now I understand when I see people going off in stores, it really is getting to be to much to take. As for Kristen life has a way of reciprocating your type of behavior. I came in Thursday, bought 2 shirts and while I'm checking out I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a credit card by the cashier, I politely declined and was given an attitude for it. Come back today to return the shirts because I wouldn't be needing them. Cashier was very rude, and made me feel like I was bothering her that I was returning items, even went as far as saying " they're a bit wrinkled aren't they?" I know people have an off day, but having two people ( mind you they were the same two cashiers that were there on Thursday ) be dismissive and rude is unacceptable.    Read moreThe person ringing us up was very kind and even asked us if we wanted a tag made for a shirt we were buying incase we wanted to return it. However the person who appeared to be a manager or lead (Kimberly G.) was very rude to the cashier who was running us up. She got mad that the cashier asked her to make a tag for us, even though she was not busy. After making the tag she proceeded to throw it onto the counter and walk away instead of nicely handing it to the cashier.
