Beware if you return anything! The Cashiers do not credit your merchandise back to you, if you use a credit card. They re-charge you the amount you are returning. Twice I have had this problem and the Manager will argue with you that it is a credit, which it is not. Even the receipt says it is a "Purchase" and not a "Return” and my statement says it was a Purchase. I will never shop here again. This is the third time I have had a problem returning an item. The manager is atrocious and disrespectful. She argued with me that there was no tag on the rug being returned. I told her two days ago I purchased it with no tag and the cashier did not give me a tag. I had the receipt showing that I purchased it two days prior. She argued with me for 10 minutes about it. Like, her cashier could not have made a mistake and I rung up the transaction myself. She then told me she would give me $14.00 back and I told her absolutely not and the rug was $19.00 plus tax as indicated on the receipt. After standing and waiting for her to go on her rant for 20 minutes, plus pissing off the customers behind me she gave me the $19.00 plus tax back. The new rug I wanted was $16.00. Before she walked away, she told me that I was being rude and raising my voice, I just laughed because she was the one being ignorant. I love this store! They always have something but be sure to take what you see because it may not be their later. There’s was one time I was contemplating on buying something. I was sure if I could use for my space. I felt someone behind me from afar but didn’t pay much attention. I walked off for a few seconds and came back to decided I’ll just return if I don’t need it and it was gone. I noticed someone ran over there after I walked off but didn’t put the two together until I went back. Later saw the person with it in the parking lot lol. People know and honestly I knew better too. Just didn’t know it was so “cut throat” lol. I thought you just couldn’t leave the store and come back the next day. Now I know you can’t let it out of your sight and hands lol. everyone here knows me you can find odds and ends here there is some of my most favorite people who work here and this is where I find some of the most expensive high-end things that you would find at Macy's Carson's Nordstrom's it's very very odds and ends place you would say that things here you would have to search around and find but things are very organized here people are very friendly they have designer things here Kate Spade Kenmore you can find things for the kids holiday costumes it's a very very nice place to come if you're not trying to spend a whole lot of money but you want great quality things that will last you a year to maybe even 5 years depending on how well you take care of it they have things for kids going off to college it's a very great place to come this is one of my favorite locations I love the people there they love me like I said you can also open up a card here that's just specifically from here no strings attached it's...
