Broken Balcony Glass for Months: When I first moved in, the glass on the balcony was already broken. I was assured multiple times that it would be fixed as soon as possible. However, it took nearly three months before any action was taken. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when it's a safety issue. Stolen Dining Set & Unresolved Incident: My dining table set was stolen from the package room. After reporting it, I was instructed to contact Luxer One, which I did. Luxer One provided video footage of the individual who took my property, yet nothing was done to resolve the situation. The lack of follow-through on their part is deeply concerning and shows a clear disregard for residents' concerns. Additionally, the leasing officeâs attitude drastically changed once I had moved in. Unprofessional Behavior in the Leasing Office: I had a very unprofessional experience when I called the leasing office for assistance. One staff member from leasing office literally hung up on me mid-conversation. This behavior is completely disrespectful and unacceptable for a company that is supposed to prioritize customer service. 4â Potential Discrimination in Leasing Office: From my personal experiences and comparing how I was treated to how other residents (particularly those of different races) were treated, I strongly suspect that there may be racial discrimination occurring in the leasing office. This is something that should be addressed immediately, as it reflects poorly on the management and the community. Trash Collection Issues & Inconsistent Policies: Residents are instructed to leave their trash outside before 7 PM and bring it in before 9 AM the next day, yet trash is often not collected until well after 3 AM. This not only disrupts residents' sleep but also leads to potential fines or penalties, which is completely unfair. The inconsistency and poor management of trash collection needs to be fixed immediately. Attempted Bribery for Positive Reviews: It has come to my attention that the management is attempting to bribe residents into leaving 5-star reviews by offering incentives, such as free tickets to a Hawks game. This is highly unethical, as it undermines the credibility of reviews and manipulates the feedback process. Update: Thanks to the bad leasing office, I moved out in in the mid June, and they sent me email said that my security deposit will be refund within 5-7 business days, but it has been two months, I havenât received any check from them. I replied email, no one responded my email. I called, but no one answered, I had to come to the office in person so that they would answer...
Read moreI have lived here for one year.
Pros: good noise cancelling windows in rooms, relatively fast maintenance repairs, monthly resident events, very short walking distance to sprouts, walmart, nail salons, massage, and restaurants, parking garage
Cons: SUPER POOR COMMUNICATION. the staff in the front office RARELY answer the phone. there have been occasions i call several times only to walk down to the office to nothing urgent taking place. email is not much better, i have sent emails with follow ups and still no response. they all are inconsistent in making residents aware that amenities are not in service (e.g. the pool has been closed since before memorial day and there was no email communication sent out. we only found out when we tried to access the pool and saw it locked up with a sign); valet trash randomly doesn't come some days. there was a transition with companies at one point, but even after the transition there were missed days; amenities are hit or miss. i mentioned earlier the pool has been closed for months with no explanation. residents can't even sit in the chairs near the pool. when asked when it will re-open i was told "we are waiting on the city inspection and an email will be sent when its open"; the gym equipment is nice but at times inoperable; all but one of the the women's lockers have been locked since i moved here (they are locked even though no one is visibly in any of the spa areas). i asked the staff if residents were allowed to reserve lockers and if that's why they were locked and was told no and that maintenance would be contacted to unlock them. i asked two different leasing agents (courtney and stephon) on two different occasions about the lockers and both said they'd submit a work order- the lockers are still locked; when i moved in we had an in-house barista, but after several months the barista was replaced with a coffee dispensing machine- and we again were not notified of this change; there is often dog pee in the elevators (not the fault of the staff but still a consideration); the elevators at the rear end of the parking garage have key fob entry that doesn't work, so anyone can simply get in the elevator and directly access your apartment floor. i have seen in other comments that this has been mentioned to the office staff before and as of yesterday i can still get in the elevator without using my fob; for the price residents pay here, there is no excuse for the poor communication, ESPECIALLY regarding the amenities that the leasing agents sell so hard on the tour. Would recommend holding off on giving this property 5 stars until you have lived...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I actually would. Valet trash comes whenever they want I can hear the old screaming wheels when they pass by and itâs eery They do nothing serious about noise companies My upstairs neighbor is loud and I continue to deal with it after multiple times Iâve said something to them about it. Itâs damn right overpriced, this is not ATLANTA! It isnât high rise but it does have nice layouts Iâll give it that. The amenities could be lovely if they kept the maintenance up! Me and my husband pay 2200 for a 1BR, 1BD it is spacious but not worth that and Iâm on main level. I renewed my lease for a few more months because of high rate prices in summer but I might as well get a 2 bedroom for how much I pay here! This new system they switched over to is so annoying, I usually use flex pay and we pay our rent on time every month EARLY!!! even before the 1st of the month. Due to the system switch it shows I havenât paid rent for this month??? Nobody renewed my lease until I called them even though I signed the lease renewal⌠When I first moved here, my patio furniture got stolen and they didnât even have cameras they said, to see who did it??? I did get the amount taken off my rent for the issue but my grandma got it not me so that doesnât do her no good. One of them said they seen it but it had no name on it and then they left it with maintenance ?? Maybe sent out an email and let someone know if they have missing furniture .. The security sucks.. people cars are getting broken into and they just sit in their own car or sit in the lobby area At least have a concierge for the price you pay here, this place was fine years ago before it got renamed in my personal opinion. The leasing agents arenât the problem itâs the damn management here, I would think if I have a problem, they would make it more comforting but no I was wrong on that part. The mailroom door isnât fixed so anyone can just come in there now instead of using the code to get in. It seems amazing and awesome of course when you tour itâs beautiful right? Just wait until you get comfortable and settle in. Iâm ready to move and I will not be coming back here ever. Everyday I dread coming here knowing that Iâm stuck here until...
