To whom it may concern, my husband and I have had the wonderful privilege of meeting Mrs Manju (whom I have grown to call Mama Manju, because of her dedication to and excellence at her job) and her husband and son!

Let me enumerate why we had such a glorious experience: Prompt Service: The moment we walked into Riya, Mama Manju kindly approached us, graciously found out our budget, and personally walked us to the store of better quality items! Knowledgeable: She was aware of all the items available, as well as the price range, and made sure we were handed off to the next capable attendant (Ms Zoya) Discounts: Without asking, she graciously provided a discount, which my hubby and I gladly accepted! Kindness: It was so kind of her to give me her cell phone number, in case anything went wrong! Superb Service: After I was settled with the gorgeous gown for our son’s wedding, my husband now needed his matching outfit, and we were both escorted my Mama Manju, who introduced us to her husband and son, who all (wife, husband and son) blessed my husband with the most regal jacket he’s had and for our sons wedding! We couldn’t be more pleased! Full Service: Mama walked us to the nearby seamstress who could do any alterations my gown would need, and she also provided the name of the dry cleaners that would take special care of it! WOW! Availability: When we realized the outfit that I got, would need too many alterations, I called her on her cell phone number, on her day off, she graciously answered and agreed to make a rare exception by granting us an exchange! Promise fulfilled: Several days later, my husband and I returned to Patel Plaza, and Riya, where mama, in record time, provided the exchange promised, along with the needed Indian tops to go along with my sarees! Every option that she provided the first time, worked! How skilled of her! We also got some bracelets and new earrings, in addition to the earrings that we exchanged bc they were too heavy for me! Going beyond: She then, AGAIN, personally walked us to her husband‘s store, so my husband could get a second jacket to match all my outfits! CONCLUSION? You have a SUPERB worker (her hubby and son also) who is passionate (hence the easy kindness and happiness when she works with clients) about her job, and exceptionally superb at it! Thank you! I was very suspicious when saw all five star reviews. I mean, nothing was off? No one had a complaint? No, they DIDN'T, and now I understand why. Lets start with the clothes ( that's why you're there, right?) Stunning. Simply sumptuous. The stitching, the weight, the cut of the fabric were all just beyond. When I first arrived, I went another store ( Traditional Vogue). The woman virtually chased me out. I've never experienced anything like it. I'm not Indian, but going to an Indian wedding. I'm likely to go to another in the near future as my son has been dating someone who is Indian for the past 6 years. When I walked into Vogue, the woman asked me what the theme was for the Sangeet and when I didn't know, she literally said "Go, you find out." Seriously? I was about to leave and saw Riya's. I did a quick google review search and the reviews were all good, so I went in. What a difference! The woman who waited on me was Manju Patel and she was fabulous. I explained my situation (Just like I did at Vogue). She started pulling things out left and right, in all price ranges. She was very clear what the price point was on each thing - so I didn't have sticker shock. Manju explained what outfits would be appropriate for which event. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I won't lie, I was tempted to walk into Vogue with my three outfits and say " big mistake", but I refrained. Manju took a situation that was intimidating and turned it into an absolute joy! I haven't worn anything with such yummy fabrics and construction since I stole my Grandmother's houte couture gowns from the 50's. Riya Exclusive has the BEST customer service that I have EVER experienced! The staff did an AMAZING job helping my husband and I find beautiful outfits and accessories for an up coming photoshoot we have planned. The staff is so knowledgable! We went in there, told one of the employees our colors and outfit ideas and she went immediately to the racks and picked out exactly what we were looking for! What was even more impressive is when I enquired about bangs, the auntie helping us took a look at my wrist and knew the exact size I would need!
