Review for Meena Jewelry Store

I recently had an experience at this Meena jewelry store that I feel compelled to share with potential customers. Initially, I was excited to browse their collection, and I ended up purchasing a necklace, a bracelet, and earrings.

Things took a turn when I attempted to exchange some items within their seven-day policy. The store manager initially assured me that I could come back two days later to negotiate a jewelry piece I liked, which was broken at the time. I was relieved and appreciative of this understanding. However, when I returned, the entire situation changed.

The manager was absent, and his son claimed that no such agreement had been made, despite my clear communication with the manager just days before. This discrepancy left me feeling frustrated and misled. It wasn’t about the extra hundred dollars I was being offered in exchange; it was about the promise made to me that they later reneged on.

This experience has taught me to be cautious. While the jewelry may seem appealing at first, the customer service and follow-through were disappointing. I recommend exercising caution if you're considering shopping here. Trust your instincts and perhaps explore other options where customer service and integrity are...

Had very bad experience. First of all inflated prices. You have to bargain, because what they will say is almost double the price. I never thought we can bargain in USA. I expected at least in USA, stores will keep fair pricing. In my case I do buy gold for personal purpose and not for commercial purpose. I guess in India it's cheaper to buy than in USA( unless you have great bargaining skills).Will never go there again👎

This is in continuation to the response from the store. I m not denying what they mentioned about bargaining for bangles. Here is my point.

Why would I look at the store walls for physical signs to know about their policy. I have clearly told them I will come back and pay full price but sales executive insisted us to pay in advance some advance. I rejected that several times but paid 100$ upon insisting several times. Also I have never mentioned about the 100$ I lost there, but I want let the people who ever go there know that they can bargain prices, because tag prices are way above the actual rates. Also I would like to mention on the day I bargained for bangles, I bought a gold chain. When I went there at least they should have listened to me, but they just said you should have looked at our policy on...

This is my personal experience which i faced in the store today. The worst jewellery store experience I’ve ever had. I don’t understand what kind of staff they maintain. They don’t have minimum patience too. They don’t even give minimum respect to the customers. When there is a customer to buy, they definitely take atleast halfhour of time when we buy thousands of dollars of items. They expect us to not have the right to know the weight of the item we buy and behave very rude. They urge us alot and looks corner and have some teasing words with their colleagues about us. Especially the old man, he dont respect the customers and speak very hurting words about range and other things. If that was not a old man, i would have definitely raised a compliant about him to the jury about his abusive words. He should definitely know how to speak with customers and behave when he do business with customers. I realised that the behaviour of the staff is only the main reason why meena jewellers is not busy anytime with customers. I definitely don’t recommend this shop for buying anything, though we spend thousands of dollars they disrespect...
