Gulistan Pan & Smoke Shop — Local services in Scottdale

I hate writing bad reviews especially for small businesses as I believe they need all our support during these times. However sadly, since the store owner/manager took no action , I had to write this.

If I could give them negative stars I would. So it’s a pan shop alright but smoke shop, NO!!! They sell damaged vapes. When you ask to try it in the store to check they refuse and when you want to EXCHANGE not return, exchange the damaged vapes (yes plural) for one’s that actually work, they tell you sorry that’s not store policy. I gave them a chance and have been trying to speak to the manager for the last 2-3 days, hoping they would just REPLACE THE DAMAGED vapes so I don’t have to write this review, but sadly, they shut me up 😞… This happened with another friend as well and despite the negative feedback, I was nearby and the store staff seemed friendly so I thought I would give them a try!! But they sell damaged and some can say fraudulent items - vapes that look like vapes but don’t work!!! How else can you explain why they are not willing to replace the damaged product! So turn back if you are even considering spending your hard earned...

Worst place for cell phone accessories. The girl was rude. Very bad customer service approach even disrespectful talk. Never going here again not even in dream.

Authentic paan shop. Fresh paan (betel) leaves. A world of options to custom-order. The gentleman assembling paans was all attention, working like a precision artist. We opted for the cold meetha (sweet) paan from the fridge. It tasted fresh and crisp with genuine flavors of paan, supari, gulkand and more. Would go back when...
