DO NOT GO HERE !! Unless you want to end up paying more ! On their site mentioned “ Enjoy large selection of daily delicious selections with family, friends and business colleagues Lunch Buffet: Monday-Friday • 11:30 am-4:30 pm • $10.95 | Saturday & Sunday • $11.95 Dinner Buffet: Monday-Friday • 5:00 pm-10:00 pm • $12.95 | Saturday & Sunday • $13.95”

This is what it says so,12-14 of us on student budget decided to go, we had their lunch buffet which was okay thinking 11.95$ . individually each of us were charged total of 15.14$ . Upon asking manager short guy, bald with glasses -causally said, with tax 13.29$ and gratuity 1.85$ so total is 15.14$. How would you justify this?😡🤬

This is rip off . First of all no where in your menu or website mentioned automatic gratuity deduction.

I felt horrible for suggesting this place to people on student budget . You owners need to own up to your insane practice of ripping off money And yeas.... Before coming here I called them and ask them if there is any vegan option available and I was told yes there are few. One of my friend who joined us end up eating only rice and daal. And she paid 15$. If you can’t provide vegan why didn’t u tell me earlier?!

Extremely disappointing experience and on top off that we were literally charged more. I would never recommend anyone...

I recently visited this restaurant and was left thoroughly disappointed with the service. While the food was average, the staff's attitude and lack of regard for customers was appalling.

We placed our order, but it took over an hour to receive it. To our surprise, the kitchen hadn't even started preparing our food yet! We asked the manager to cancel our order, and he did so without apologizing or showing any concern for our inconvenience.

To add insult to injury, the bill included a $10 tip, which felt like a slap in the face given the subpar service. The order taker, an older individual who spoke partial Gujarati, seemed completely disinterested in our experience. The staff's lack of attractiveness and welcoming demeanor only added to the negative atmosphere.

Overall, I was shocked by the lack of customer service and care at Mirch Masala. I will never return to this restaurant again and would advise others to think twice before visiting.

Some suggestions for improvement:

Improve staff training to prioritize customer service Increase communication between staff and customers Review tipping policies to ensure fairness Enhance overall atmosphere and ambiance

Unfortunately, my experience at Mirch Masala was a letdown, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to address...

We had dinner buffet last week for the first time. The food was great, but you'll see below why I didn't give 5 stars. We loved the Naan being served fresh hot from the kitchen and you can ask for more bread as many times as you want.

We will definitely return, but could you please reduce the amount of oil in your food? As much as we loved the food and the service, I got sick before we even got the bill. I noticed oil on the top layer of the food when I walked up to the buffet. As I was eating I could clearly see how greasy the food was, because the plates are white.

I'm hoping the restaurant pays attention to reviews. I saw other reviews on different sites about food being too greasy in this restaurant. I didn't think it was that bad, but after being sick to the point I couldn't sleep Friday night nor leave the house on Saturday or eat anything all day, I thought I should give you a review. I've been to many Indian restaurants so I know some places cook with ghee, but I'm not sure if I got sick from too much ghee or another oil used in excess. I know it's not the spices that made me sick, because I eat Indian food a lot.

I hope you will consider my review and those of others to really reduce the oil. Otherwise, I have and will recommend...
