They had the shoes I have been trying to buy online from K-Swiss. Not sure if that site was real because Google or my Chime account kicked me off the site and gave me my money back on my card. Anyway I purchased the same shoes with a 20% discount and got a better deal than online. The best thing is that I was able to try them on!! I got the right fit!!! Saw a shoe online so I went in to buy it. It was not in stock so the helpful employee ordered for delivery. Got the order confirmation in my email that said tracking info would be sent when it ships. I never received that email so I looked into it and it turns out they canceled my order because they don't have the shoes and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund to be sent my mail? I will not be ordering...

We had a terrible experience today at the Scotts Bluff location. The employee we delt with was super rude. He seemed more interested in my phone number than offering good customer service. Yet we still spent $150. In the future we will avoid this store...
