Game Time Cards & Collectibles — Local services in Scottsbluff

This place is WAY over priced. They think their items are gold. They price gouge like crazy. They have people go around to local stores and buy up some of the products like funko pops, pokemon trading cards etc, then sell them for a HUGE mark up. Video games are mostly damaged so you can't even get them to work properly. They also have a no return policy. The Electronics such as gaming consoles, ps3, switches are DIRTY and marked up way way passed brand new.. I get some could be collectors items but not these ones. The ones they are selling are better off in the trash then anything. One guy who works the register is completely and utterly rude. He is extremely combative. I don't know his name because they refuse to tell you. But he is somewhat tall, ear piercings, short dark hair, usually wears a hat. His attitude is horrible. He treats the customers as if he is better then everyone else. Completely not professional at all.. if the prices don't frustrate you the customer service will. I highly don't recommend this place. You can get a better deal...

I stopped today with my son, and we had great service. My son was looking for a specific, Pokémon card, and the man helping us ask somebody in the back to start looking for what they had. They brought out several for him to choose from, and give us a very fair price on them. I really appreciated them taking the time to find the one card that he’s been looking for. They could’ve easily said that they don’t have any out right now. When checking out, he also gave my son two Pokémon trainer licenses, which was absolutely cool and we’ve never seen anything like that. He let us know when upcoming events were, and I just really appreciate the time he took talking to my son about Pokémon. It was a great experience and a highlight of the day. We will most...
