Initial service, quality of the large showroom, help with finding the right furniture through the staff was rewarding. It all gave the impression that this business was focused on quality customer service. I found a sectional on the showroom floor that I liked but needed the reverse build. On March 3rd, I paid for the sectional in full and was told (after payment) that "it will take 6-8 weeks. At least" 8 weeks afterwards, I called the store, hoping for an update. I left my name and number with an employee; was told I would get a call back the next day. I didn't. 3 days after that I called again, exact same process, didn't receive a callback. Then I went into the store and asked. I stated that I was told 6-8 weeks or longer, and was just hoping for an update, that I understand shipping such large items can take time and there are headaches. I forget who I spoke to, but my name was written down on a piece of paper then placed among a stack of hundreds of papers. She looked at a book and said "it's not here yet. We'll call the distributor and call you back." More time goes by, no call back, no updates. I took it upon myself to contact the distributor of the furniture I ordered, hoping just to get an update of some kind. Within 24 hours, I received a call from the representative with an update. I took his words with a grain of salt, because there could be a lot of finger pointing, but in essence, he told me that the sectional I ordered is very popular and for that reason there are many of them made, stocked in the warehouse and waiting for shipping. That the only reason I wouldn't have gotten my sectional yet, is because the store did not yet put in the order for the couch. He told me he would contact the company (Webbers) because this kind of service also makes the distributor look bad and that he would do what he could to address it. The next day is the first day I get a call back from Webbers, stating that they are going to make sure my couch is on the truck in the next couple of weeks. Next Monday will be three weeks from then. I ordered and paid in full for my couch 13 1/2 weeks ago with almost no communication.
If you order something directly off the floor, you may have a different experience than I did. Based on reviews, many do have a good experience with that. But if you are going to order something through them. Save the headaches and hassle. DO NOT order...
Read moreWe bought furniture Thursday at Webberâs and was told delivery would be first thing the next week as we live 40 miles away in the next town. According to their web site they âguarantee ASAP delivery the next day or the same dayâ but since we live in the next town over we were okay with it. Well we waited till Friday the next week and no chair. I called and she told me they would deliver next Wednesday for sure and then I get a call on that Wednesday saying they only had one other delivery so they are waiting till next Thursday. Thatâs three different dates now. Itâs not our fault they arenât getting any business. I figure if you spend $1000. on a recliner and delivery on top of that they should get your furniture to you when they say they will. Now we wait and see if we get it next week and if not I want my money back and we will go to another store/town. We have bought there over the years and like their brands even though they are higher than other stores but we got good service then not like the...

Leaving Mississippi Friday night on truck. Expecting a shipment end of month--might be on the truck??? Lots of times Karen would say she would check and call me back. She lied. Never did call back.!! Drive to Bruce Furniture in Alliance and buy your Lazy Boy. I did! and they had the exact sofa and color in stock with free delivery and old furniture haul off.
