ESenEM Yoga Scottsdale — Local services in Scottsdale

I have lived across the street from ESenEM for about 2 years. I have wanted to check it out for as long as I can remember it being there but was apprehensive because other hot yoga studios Ive been to are very judgy and unwelcoming. Well, I decided to go for it and am SO happy that I did. All of the staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable and enjoying their practice. I have been there a month now and am extremely happy I purchased an additional 3 months!!!! I plan on being here as long the shop is in this location. They have mats and towels (although buying your own is ultimately best) and an ICE MACHINE. This is one of the best pieces in my opinion. Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It feels like a resort — they have everything you need if you forget something, from towels to mats to blocks to disinfectant spray to toiletries in the bathroom! INSANE!

The atmosphere is very relaxed and not as stringent as other studios (as it relates to leaving the studio during class for a break, etc). The teachers are all phenomenal. I loved Kelly and Mandy’s classes.

I love esenem and Lynn’s class, no studio I’ve been to has come close! It’s the perfect blend of an upbeat but calming class with the perfect level of challenge. If you are newer it’s a great place to grow and if you are experienced it’s an amazing environment to challenge yourself further.
