Imagine walking into a place with gorgeous nails and walking out with these⦠I was asked to pay $45 for an acrylic fill with no polish at all. None of my nails looked the same I was mortified. Tomorrow is my bachelorette party and I had to come home re-file my nails down to nothing. I know we have more important things going on in this world, but when you walk into a business you expect to walk out feeling beautiful and knowing that your money went well spent. This was very sad and very upsetting. They didnāt make it right because they shouldāve said thank you so much. Have a nice day we messed up but no they didnāt. They expected me to pay which I did. They gave me a new girl. She was extremely sweet. Itās not her fault. Itās the managementās fault because sheās not ready to be on the floor. Iām a licensed cosmetologist, and I know that when I owned a salon, I made sure that each and every person left happy but more importantly, I made sure that the employees I had were happy as well and this poor girl probably was in tears when I left as she knew she was not ready to perform a professional service such as this one. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to address an extremely unprofessional experience at Flaming Nails. While I was getting my nails done, the owner yelled at my nail tech, which was not only uncalled for, but also incredibly disrespectful. There's a time and place to address issues with your employees, and dong so in front of customers is not appropriate. That behavior is beyond disrespectful & disgusting, and no one should have to endure it in the workplace.
I want to make it clear that no one is "disrespecting" you simply because we're booking with the best nail tech in the shop. As I told you in person, you owe her an apology, not me. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated, and it's disappointing...

I had not been able to get my nails done in some time due to working hard on completing a degree, managing life as I am healing from injuries, etc. I did not like the open colorism as well due to having a darker hue (I don't have a problem being Brown), but I still completed the service and tipped well. I would not recommend based on the comfort in critiquing consumers in an offensive manner. I was appalled with the nonchalant rhetoric of being openly offensive because of my nails needed to be maintenance, that's the whole reason of coming to a shop and to be indirectly told I have dark skin, it was odd because I woke up like this with skin that is permanently sun kissed ( I don't need a tanning bed...
