It's the smallest Triple P in most likely the entire state, potentially the solar system (which is still being researched) but the pizza is always good, the staff works hard and the kids always have fun. I'd give it 5 stars but all PPPs get a slight deduction for devaluing the sense of money to kids and adults alike. You mean to tell me a tiny off-brand blue Tootsie roll costs five tickets but it took me two tokens to get one ticket that is now actually worth two tickets? Still confused about the suddenly inflation of ticket values. The token is valued at a quarter unless you buy in higher bulk prices which only gives you a slightly less expensive token, more or less $0.223334. But seriously a Chinese finger trap made of old bark is not worth one token let alone 10 tickets, which took far too many tokens to produce on a game that has a moving track of Sponge Bob characters and zero skill involved where you roll your quarter through a slot and pray to God you don't land on Squidward. Now i want to go to the casino.

This is one of the original Peter Piper Pizzas that the valley has. It is nostalgic with some of the pictures and history you get with the original owner and the ever famous Wallace & Ladmo (it's an Arizona thing). The pizza and other options are really good, and they have a way bigger menu then I remember, with options for the whole family, when pizza is not what they want. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean, which is surprising for a kid focused establishment. The buffet is a great way to get what everyone wants when they want it without having to worry about leftover messes and they do specialty orders, like no cheese pizza, whenever you like. Plus the desert pizzas are the best. The games are fun and who doesn't like winning tickets for the prize counter!

Full stop. this is the best pizza of any of Peter Piper I've been to so far, as were the sides. The location itself is rather small and feels crowded, especially in the rather limited arcade, but it's well maintained and only two games were have issues at the time (which is pretty good for a place like that). There were also a few titles I'd not seen at other locations, which is a bonus. My only major issue was that - at least in the men's room - the changing station wasn't indicated at all, rather it was hidden behind the door of the accessible stall. Given the small size of the place, there may not be a better location but it definitely needs a sign.

Upon arrival I informed the two staff at the front I was there for a reserved party. It was awkward because they just stared at me until I informed them I've never had a party there and wasn't sure what to do. Then I was told "oh yeah, your table is back there." Then I asked how I order the food and they said "it's up to you". Guests arrived and we ordered the pizza and drinks. Which went smoothly and they brought out at least 3 of the pizzas and we moved them to the party table. The play cards don't come with lanyards or wrist bands- this is an additional cost. $1 dollar per kid. There wasn't a "dedicated host". They did store the cake and offered a cutter for the cake. I had to ask the manager to come out for the ticket cyclone machine. My son who wears glasses was told to put on glasses over his glasses AND the goggles. He was then told to get in the machine. He had never been in one before. He was NOT told the rules before going in (to only grab from what is flying around). He proceeded to grab tickets from the floor. We attempted to tell him but he could not hear us. The golden ticket was taken away from him. The other tickets I honestly didn't count all the way and I don't think the lady gave him the full amount because she was obviously irritated with him for picking up the golden ticket. At the prize counter she was short and unfriendly. I was going to say something but just let it go because we were near the end of our party. The bathrooms were dirty and look outdated. Unlimited play was nice but don't expect high "ticket" accumulation for the prizes. I will not return to a Peter piper for another party given the high cost and low quality customer service. Money is better spent elsewhere with better...

I try to focus my reviews on what i like, mainly in the food category. So 9 out of 10 reviews tend to be positive.

We come here after school for my kiddo. We took advantage of the summer pass. Great deal! BTW

Overall experience is fine. Except for this manager. She really put a damper on things.

I asked a co worker to help with a machine. She said she has to get the manager.

While waiting up front, The manager didn't even acknowledge me and went straightaway to the machine. That's fine. Whatever... lol

I walk over and say "hello how's your day?" (Ignored me).

When she was done trying to sort out the machine, I again said hello (no response)

So i said "excuse me, but the machine on the right kept saying wait 2 seconds while resetting itself and by the time it caught up it showed it was down like 4 or 5 token points"

She immediately had a 1 way response without trying to see that I was just asking her to reset the game or give points for lost attempts.

She said "Well if it says that , its working!" In an -im going to assert dominance over you and not try to hear you -tone

I said "So am I imagining it?"

No response

"OK so im lying then?!"

(No response) so i turned around back to my kid. So he can play a game he's standing in front of.

All I heard was nastiness as she stormed off.

I don't think its fair to give 1 star. The others that work here are very cordial, even when they're short staffed and get slammed with 20 pizzas at a time , kudos to you guys.

Watch out for the shorter lady( green shirt ) manager with glasses. You might get nastiness for...

Ordered take out medium thin crust pizza.Husband brought it home, thought we got pranked! 8 inches the size of a small flour tortilla, wafer thin, burnt, with 6 slices of pepperoni, 10 pieces of pineapple and shades of a couple pieces of ham. Told hubby, they gave you wrong order. This is a child’s pizza, perfect for my 5 yr old granddaughter. Called store to tell them about mistake. Talked to the “Manager” Theresa who said, nope it’s right, they are small because thin crust. I think whoever answers the phone becomes the “Manager” Theresa , you are joking? Nope, sorry about your order that YOU ordered. I truly thought she would apologize for mix up on the kids order and invite me to come the block away to pick up a real normal medium pizza. Nope. Worst customer service or worse pizza establishment, I have ever encountered. Have ordered pick up original crust medium pizzas before, no problem as we live so close. Decent pizza. But here we sit on Halloween night hungry, after eating our $21.00 appetizer pizza. I have worked in retail and always disliked complainers, that why this was pretty terrible for me to...
