Never will visit this establishment again. I hope corporate reads these reviews because this restaurant needs some serious help with customer service. Came in with my family ordered food the boy at the register was very kind greated us with a smile. Got our order, ordered a 3 piece got 2 so I had to go back to the counter(at the time no big deal) I understand they are busy so I understand, came back my son opened his order he asked for no veggies there were so I brought it up to the counter I still was pleasent and understanding as someone who works in customer service I understand these things happen, but the women was beyond annoyed and very rude walking back to her co workers talking badly about my order very loudly I ignored it and just said no veggies please. Came back with the new order it had tomotos on it which is a veggie. Went back to the counter a friendly girl came over to the counter and I said no veggies please it had tomotos the friendly girl apologized and brought it to the attention of the rude girl making the food. The rude women went off out back freaking out talking about how this is too many times to make this order and how difficult we were as customers and said very loudly "THEN ASK HER WHAT SHE WANTS ON IT" just didn't want veggies. The friendly girl said no veggies it means she just doesn't want the lettuce or tomotos. A different worker came out to try to help the line and she stopped working to complain about how we don't know what we want and continued to complain about us right in front of me. Waited about ten minutes till we got the order again. Meanwhile while I was standing there waiting another family had made the trip up to the counter 3 different times for mistakes on there order. We sat down and ate our food at the end of our meal my daughter realized that they gave her an oatmeal raisin cookie instead of the chocolate chip one she ordered. It wasnt worth the trip back to the counter we just threw it away. Can not believe I wasted $30 and my time at such an establishment. The customer service from this women was horrid and not only that the restaurant is filthy my feet were sticking the floor, the tables were not wiped down and there is trash all over the place. Read moreAfter ordering and picking up my order, somebody placed the gravy upside down in a paper bag, now I have to get my car cleaned, my portions are half of what they are supposed to be and the chicken was over cooked. when communicating with the on duty store manager about everything mentioned above, after saying they will replace everything for me she hangs up on me just to further ignore my calls, I had to block my number just to get an answer. She immediately greets me with aggression and proceeds to call me a liar saying I had hung up on her. Or that my service was poor
(it was not if that were the case she would have answered the phone one of the many times I had called back with an unblocked number)
I politely request her name, three times and she refused to give me it everytime then hangs up on me again.
Someone needs to have a corporate member come in and evaluate these employees because their service is absolute garbage, now we feel unsafe with such an aggressive manager working in this store. We will not be coming back to this location as long as this "manager" has a job here.

Here are the highlights (or rather, lowlights) of my visit:
Drive-Thru Disaster: I spent a whopping 30 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. Yes, you read that right—30 minutes! For fast food, this is completely unacceptable. I could have cooked a meal at home in that time.
Tasteless, Soggy Chicken: When I finally received my order, I was greeted with a soggy, tasteless chicken concoction that I wouldn’t even feed to a flock of seagulls. It was a disgrace to the name of fried chicken. The Colonel must be rolling in his grave.
Customer Service: The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. There was no apology for the long wait, and the overall service was lackluster at best.
Quality Control: The food quality was abysmal. The chicken was not only soggy but also lacked any flavor. The sides were equally disappointing—bland and unappetizing.
Overall Experience: This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I will never return to this KFC location because it was such a disgrace. They need to seriously rethink their operations and...
