Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Seabrook

Everything about this experience was unpleasant. To start the kid taking our order was rude didn't listen to what I was telling him when I wanted to order. The wait time was awful we waited 45 minutes for Crunchwrap Supreme because they messed up our order. I overheard the employees arguing about it and it was like everybody there was messed up on something they were all in la la land. When I was finally able to sit down with my children and eat my food everything was wrong the food was not good. If I wanted to complain I would have had to wait because they didn't pay attention to anybody that was standing there even if you said something nobody listened. I should have just put my food up there and demanded a refund after everything but I just wanted my kids to eat that was what was important I don't know who's running the show there but do better I know it's only Taco Bell in KFC it's not the best job in the world nobody wants to be there I get it but do better treat your...

I only give 1 star because I can't give 0. It took almost 15 minutes to get our order that was messed up, but I'll get back to that. There was only 2 people ahead of us waiting for food and the drive through was not busy. There was a couple employees with there hands in their pockets doing nothing while the line of people got longer. I told them about the missing nacho fries bell grande. After another 15 minutes I went to ask about it and they hadn't even started it yet. There was literally 20 people waiting for food and no one was sitting eating. Like to stop at this taco bell when I come.thru Seabrook because the quality of the food is alot better than by my house , but recently they have been locking the dining room at night , when it's posted as open , if I could go thru the drive thru I would but my truck is just over the max height limit , I'm going to stop coming here because I literally take time off my trip to get off the highway to come here and by the time I get back on the road I could if just been home already this is the 3rd time thats about 75 minutes of my life I will never get back because incompetent people can't properly run a restaurant and keep doors open the hours...
