ABSOLUTE worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and expensive for not great product. I would advise everyone to research their options and not give them any business. There are far better options out there. I ordered some living room furniture on Aug 3rd, a TV stand, a coffee table and two end tables. I specifically chose and ordered these items because it said they were all in stock and would ship in 4-5 weeks. The end tables arrived UPS and were assembled with no issues. I received a delivery date of Sept 18th for the TV stand and coffee table. I paid an extra $200+ for delivery and assemble meaning they'd come in and assemble the items.Sept 18th arrives and I find out from the DELIVERY driver when he shows up at my house that he only has the coffee table and the TV stand is backordered - What the hell? How is this OK that no one contacted me? Meanwhile I had already cleared out the space for it and got rid of my other TV stand. I call the company, they tell me they know nothing about it because it was an online order and I have to call the online department, I call the online department, they say no it looks like you got both items well I DIDN'T. They say I have to contact the home delivery team, I attempt to contact them, have left MULTIPLE voicemails, no call back. Have sent emails, contact via website. NOTHING. Finally last week I get an email about a return scheduled for mid to late NOVEMBER. I don't have anything to return! SO SO SO frustrating. OH and the extra $200+ I paid for aseembly - the guy popped it out of the box all assembled....
Read moreMe and my girlfriend walked into your Seabrook location yesterday in search of our first couch in our new home. The store was very nice and inviting Jeff greeted us when we walked in the door and asked us what we were looking for as we told him this was our first time hw went over the sales tags with us so we understood what to look at. We found a couch that fitted the look of our home so we talked it over agreed to see if the item was in stock. This is where we made our mistake our salesmen told us the couch was discontinued and he couldn't sell us a floor model alone claiming he was told to sell the loveseat along with the couch. They wanted the full price for both!!! Unbelievable i was not pleased never have i seen a store offer a floor model that has scuffs on it and been sat on by who knows how many people for the full retail price. We both disagreed to this deal and were told your next door store cardis has a similar couch. It was more then what we were looking at and hideous. After this we visited Bernie and phyls and saw the same exact couches for a much better price so much for being discontinued. We will never be shopping at a ashley furniture in the future. Brett was attentive, professional and offered exceptional communication skills from the planning, ordering, delivery and follow through of my Johnelle dining set and server. Because of the outstanding service I received through Brett, my family enjoyed our annual Pasta dinner tradition on Thanksgiving Eve with our new furniture. I would highly recommend the service Brett gave, as well the quality of Ashley furniture products.

In a matter of just days, we were able to order and pick up a beautiful Luxenburg desk for her home office.
