Went to this location and the selection was great my only issue is the new policy of exact change, I was spending over $300 since I needed all new materials and only had cash, I didn't have 12 cents so I couldn't purchase my items, I even told them to keep the change I have no problem Letting them have the extra 88 cents since it's policy, but the cashier told me they couldn't do that and to pay with exact change or to go put everything back. If you're going to change policy at least round everything to the nearest dollar... but it was just frustrating and the cashier working was so rude about it, I understand you're just doing your job but you don't have to belittle customers in front of everyone for 12 cents.... was the 12 cents really worth losing $300? It's just frustrating since now I can't get the items I need today and the rudeness from the cashier made it a terrible experience, make sure you bring...

I came in to get a gift for my friend and bought a balloon and when I went to go find someone to help me blow it up there was NO ONE on the floor they were all hiding in the back away from people and when someone finally showed up I asked for her help and she told me there was no helium even though I could be 6 tanks up front with blown up balloons near it. Huge selection of Arts and crafts. I love coming in and bring canvases and paints. I think they do classes depending on the time of year and day. But I really wish they hosted a paint night.
