Visit this store on a beautiful day with my wife and found 2 small beautiful pieces of some paint frames. They were both the same but different price and pick them up both of them and asked the lady in the front desk at the cashier, she claimed to be the manager. When we asked for to check why it was different price she started with an attitude saying that “there is no way that is the price” and we were talking about $30.difference. Then she started by saying someone put the wrong price tag on. When we told her that this price can miss lead customers she said I can give you $10 discount. Very poor customer service in other stores they would honor the price even it was a mistake the approach should been different. Her body language and her attitude was very unprofessional. I ended up buying the pieces for the price she wanted to because I didn’t want that her attitude ruin my wife’s day of. I won’t ever go back there because giving someone’s $10 discount would never makes someone’s day when is about principe!!! Hope there are mangers that can read my review and help this manager to learn how to...

I shop here fairly often, and while the store has a good selection and a few kind, helpful employees, it tends to be quite messy and disorganized. There are frequently carts of stock from the backroom left in the middle of the sales floor, which creates a cluttered and sometimes unsafe environment.

During my most recent visit, I noticed a shopping cart and several area rugs partially blocking an emergency exit. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member, she showed little concern or urgency. I also asked for help locating an item, but unfortunately, she was not very helpful.

Overall, my biggest concern with this store is the lack of organization and the safety issues that can come with it. With some improvement in floor management and staff responsiveness, this location could offer a much better...

Any one that knows me will laugh at me going into this store. It needs an explanation. I was in the parking lot when I returned to my automobile I found on my trunk a welcome mat. It was brand new Blue in color I walked back into the store and explained what happened the employees did not know how to handle this as they have never had a person return a product that was not bought by the person who was returning... Stop by see the friendly people...
