Take-out Breakfast: Order was yummy. They did not sub my eggs for egg whites like requested but I always enjoy their blueberry and strawberry sauces

Update after 9 months

Dine-in, breakfast/lunch/dinner: I have been here three times in the last couple months. The service is mediocre depending on who you get. Some are nice and efficient but others can be doing bare minimum and uninterested in serving. I have gone at a busy time which resulted in my meal being incomplete and not ever coming out. Waiter was very friendly but clearly overwhelmed by the crowd. The other time, the restaurant was reasonably busy with plenty of open tables still. Nice waitress. That time, my meal was also incomplete by missing 2 items this time (1 app, 1 side). The third visit was not busy at all. We were the only ones in the restaurant (middle of the day Sunday) which was surprising. The order was correct but took nearly 20-30 minutes to receive our food. We could also hear music coming from the kitchen. With that visit, the waitress was more interested in sitting at the back tables on her phone. I had to ask her multiple times for drink refills, sauces, and the check. She was just not helpful and made us feel like an inconvenience at times.

Overall, we have limited our visits here now. I feel like service speed takes longer and longer each time. And service is getting worse with each visit. I hope next time we give this location a chance, that it will be a good experience. I would not go here if I ever have a time restriction because it really does take a long time to order, eat, and...

Never felt inclined to write a review before but needed to warn others about how bad this specific location is. Service is always extremely slow despite having like 4 customers total during peak hours. Last time I went I ordered a breakfast burrito but asked if it was possible to replace the hollandaise with the white queso. I was told yes and when it came it didn’t have it- no big deal I mentioned it to my server and he brought it for me on the side. I figured it wasn’t worth making a big stink. The most recent time I asked for the same thing but also add ham. Again was told it was doable. We waited over 40 minutes for our food to come out and when it did, it didn’t have what I requested. When I brought it up the server just brushed me off and said it’s in there and walked away. I cut it in half and of course it didn’t. Not only that but there was a HAIR. The server didn’t even apologize for not only gaslighting me into thinking I was wrong but for the long piece of hair in my food. He just took the plate away and then continued serving others, and then finally acknowledged me by saying my new food would be out soon after another 20 minutes. No resolution was offered either. We ended up just leaving hungry because we didn’t want to spend all day waiting for our food. Consistently slow and awful service. Honestly, I don't know how to rate My experience. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful with taking our order. When the food came out, the eggs had an odd taste. I assume it's because I forgot to ask for "real eggs," not the scrambled eggs. They just pour everywhere, which has a very distinct butter taste. My issue was that as I was walking to the bathroom, my daughter noticed a "bug" crawling out the kitchen. It was a roach! The roach walked around on the wall for several moments and then went into the cracks about the door frame. I informed the hostess, who I'm not sure if she was pretending but didn't speak English. She went to get support, and they just casually brushed it off. Which makes me believe they definitely have roaches in the kitchen. I know roaches can be everywhere, and we don't know what people's kitchens look like. However, as a heads up, they definitely have roaches, and at least now you have a choice to eat here or not.
