If I could give 0 stars I would it’s an actual joke this place is still open. I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been here a couple times in person and ordered out. I should’ve stopped the first time. First time the staff was rude and standoffish. Food wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst and very expensive for what you get at a casual burger place. Second time I thought I’d give them another try since they were pretty new maybe they were doing a bit of trial and error. This time I called in pick up. Lady on the phone was rude and didn’t really answer any of my questions on wing flavors. The next time I doordashed some items including a burger and their pretzels the burger was AWFUL and the pretzels weren’t bad. I ordered the pretzels again because they seemed like a safe enough bet and sure enough this time they were literally rock hard I couldn’t even eat them. Waste of money. The last time I tried them to see if any of their items were good maybe I was picking their worst things so I ordered some boneless and side of fries which was 22$ for 8 wings and a handful of fries. I also ordered a black bean burger on a brioche bun added tomatoes. What I got felt like a prank. I received cold wings and fries. The wings were like rubber and the burger? Well they decided it was a good idea to put a tomato with a black bean patty and NOTHING ELSE in a box. I actually started laughing because I couldn’t believe my eyes. Luckily I ordered this off of doordash and got my money back but omg never again. They should really shut down.

Starting off with waking in, there is a nice ambiance, tons of tvs to watch, and a touch tune to select music. The waitresses are very kind and attentive. I sat at the bar and ordered my drink which had WAY too much ice in it to the point where the alcohol was diluted. I ordered a smash burger (pink) with onion rings. It came out in a reasonably timed manner, but I was also the only one there. First off. The onion rings were amazing. Hand battered. Perfectly crisp, great flavor. And then the burger came. The bun was ok. And the burger tasted great too. Amazing seasoning . But it wasn’t even close to pink, and judging by the other reviews, I had expected this completely. But when I ask for pink I want it pink with juice coming out…. And I was let down. Then the price came. This should at most hover around a price of $20, but I paid $30 and with my tip it came to $35. Honestly it’s a bit much. Overall I left the place wanting more, but I will go back because it was still good and worth going to, there’s just plenty of room for improvement. I’m sure they definitely will improve over time judging by the fact that they are still relatively new.

Tried this on a Saturday around 7:30 pm, first time visiting. No wait, but the restaurant was mostly full when we visited. I would say that it was on the tail of the Saturday rush. Ordered consisted of rum bucket, pretzel, American burger and a build your own burger. We waited a while after we ordered for anything to come, even our drink. Was served our pretzel and burgers at the same time. Our bad possibly assuming, but we would have thought our pretzel would have come out as an appetizer. The food came all at once. Pretzel had cold cheddar cheese, usually I would think it should be served warm. Burgers had great taste. We ordered one medium well, another medium rare. They were both cooked well. Little to no juice. Flavor was good on the other hand. Bacon was a little burnt. Our rum bucket was good (forget the name) but we did have to remind the waitress we ordered it when our food was delivered. Not sure if the service issues were serving staff or night. Had higher hopes. Might try this again to see if they prove me wrong. Place had a cozy fun atmosphere.

We visited here because of the reviews. Disappointed with service and quality of food.

Beer was over priced for the size $9 Fried pickles were rubbery for $10 Fries are ala carte for $8 that only feeds 2 people. We were told big enough for 3 plus people. (Liked the fries.)

Sandwiches are sub par and very small for the price of $11 to $16+ each.

Family of 4 and we had to ask for utensils because we only received 2 and when asked we only received 1 extra setting.

We had to return a sandwich, which was old, cold & dry, No sauce when I said yes to it. Had pickles when I said no pickles. Waiter was sweeping the floor while we were calling him & after 5min got his attention. Without washing his hands and broomstick still in his hands he grabbed my basket to the back to fix the problem. Don't know if he washed up before coming back with another sandwich.

Waiter didn't ask us what our child wanted to drink with the kids burger meal and didn't even bring out the dessert that we paid for. We asked for the drink & ice cream after we had paid the check. We waited for him to ask and never did.

When we asked the female waitress for the kids drink because we couldn't find our waiter, we asked the waitress what they had for drink options and she replied with "we have beverages" like ok?? But, what are the options? So we had to ask if they had certain drinks because she wasn't fourth coming with the selections. Not friendly or nice.

I can say we...

First time going and I won't be back. Walked in to check out the place and the hostess said we could seat ourselves. We had never been in so we were looking around and she came back quite abruptly to tell us to seat ourselves again. I reached for a menu at the hostess stand and she shook the menus in her hand rather sarcastically saying she already had menus. The place was dead but we sat outside on the patio. Ordered two burgers and a side caesar. While waiting, the table next to us called the waiter over to let him know they forgot an ingredient on his burger. Apparently they didn't believe him and a second person (I'm assuming the chef) came out to inspect the burger. (They ended up apologizing for the mistake that was made so it seems that the customer was correct after all). We waited almost 40 minutes for our food to come out. The salad was wilted and rather sad looking. I asked for medium and it came out very well done. Sides are only included in their signature burgers and not for the "build your own" burgers. Overpriced menu and food was mediocre at best. I will say our server was friendly and professional. That was about the only positive part of...
