I tell you what I'm not the type of guy to leave reviews at all period. So you really have to do something that impresses me, I tell you what the customer service I have received from Tim and Faith has been impeccable these two people are GREAT Workers. I tell you one thing is good help is hard to find! What ever mattress your looking for in what ever your budget is Tim at mattress firm will find the right mattress for you! He also takes care of our services members / veterans. There is not other place I would go to get a mattress because you will not get it cheaper and will not get as good of a deal as Tim gives you at mattress firm in Seabrook. Mattress Firm should be giving Tim and Faith a raise and thanking them for all the hard work they do at that store. I'm a options trader and if I could I would make a bet that in 5 yrs. Tim will be promoted to direct or regional manager for all the hard work he does at mattress firm he's killing it and if mattress firm doesn't promote him within 5 yrs there something seriously wrong with there hiring practices and would say then that they only hire people to those position bcuz there connected vs showing and executing on your hard work for years before being promoted ( hences its not what you know its who you know ) I would to think mattress firm would not do this and will recognize this man Tim and woman Faith's hard work and reward them for it. If they don't I'll just never shop at mattress firm again nor will me family / union 💯 .

Thank you mattress firm for your amazing customer service witch I do not ever say about any company bcuz 98% of customer service sucks bcuz the worker is over worked and under payed!

Mattress Firm if your reading these reviews I would highly suggest you look into promoting these to workers before you lose them to some other competitive bcuz they will receive better salary. You want to keep your hard workers bcuz there is few and far between.

My experience with this mattress company was in summary, very good. Right off the bat I will tell you that an employee by the name of Faith, made all the difference in the world. I worked with her during the purchase and the set up of the delivery of the box spring that I purchased for my beach home.The purchase and the delivery was all on point. Quick, efficient, good communication and delivery on time. However shortly after the delivery of the box spring itself, it was discovered that there was a hole in the box spring! I wasn’t there during the day it was delivered so I never had opportunity to notice it. It was a summer tenant renting my Beachhouse that advised me of the problem. I immediately contacted the company and talked to Faith again. Faith was respectful, accountable and responsible to take care of the issue. She had me do my due diligence and then after verifying that in fact it likely was a damaged product at installation, she arranged for an immediate replacement of the box spring.. Not so much because of the purchase and delivery experience, although good – I would expect that, but more for how she handled a problem with their product, I will be a repeat customer. I am a senior citizen, widow, have many health issues, including COPD. Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes. arthritis and more. I am on oxygen therapy 24/7. I have had hip replacement, knee replacement, and cancer three times. I have been in desperate need of a better bed for so long.
