I called a Asurion(ubreakifix) in seabrook and spoke to the manager Tyler…I asked the price for a front and back screen on a Samsung s20+ And then I said in the recording before speaking to u it said something about ask about 20% off he said the cheapest he could do it would be 319 so I said ok I bring my phone in …they don’t have the back glass so after 2 More days I come in it’s done and the bill is 354 I said no I spoke to Tyler on the phone he told me the price was 319 so they called him and he says he doesn’t remember that!! WELL OSNT THAT CONVINIENT!! besides that my phone no longer accepts ANY SIM card after they fixed it so my phone is pretty much useless..I brought it in and spoke with Tyler who was giving me an attitude the whole time..mind u I didn’t even bring the first prob up..with the bill I just want my phone to work last thing he says before I walk out is I’m sorry your beat….I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE..horrible service and they essentially broke my phone and sent me on my way to “figure it out” something obviously happened in the process of them fixing the screen because the company I was using when it broke was now telling me my phone won’t work on there network..I plan on calling a rep of asurion but as a heads up save yourself pain and $ find somewhere else to fix your phone..I’ve never left a review because I’ve never felt this disrespected by a...
Read moreClosed 3 days a week and absolutely NO system for appointments. Verizon made me a Friday 10am appointment. I arrive at 10 and there’s 5 people waiting to be helped. What’s the point of having appointments? Only one qualified tech working and one trainee. Must’ve been the trainee’s first day, so I cut him some slack, but he knew nothing. Took an hour just to get my work order going. They had my iPhone 14 Pro for 4+ hours to replace charging port and battery. 4 hours later I come back and wait another 30 minutes to be helped… Finally after 6 hours 10-5) I get my phone and it’s on 5% and died before I even got to my car!!! How am I supposed to know you fixed the battery if you give it back dead? Also tells me they didn’t even test the battery before giving it back. Unbelievable and extremely frustrating. My phone is my business and they need to get organized to become more efficient. I’ll never go back after that experience.
Edit: They somehow managed to break my front facing mic used for speaker phone calls. Worked perfectly fine before. Now I get constant complaints from customers about audio quality when I’m on speaker… DO...

After two weeks I called to check in, they hadn't touched it and let me know they had to send it to Seabrook for the repair. I said ok. Come to find out Concord closed to never reopen- no one told me, I was supposed to pick up my fixed device there. Seabrook received it and NEVER called or communicated with me that they had it and in fact could not fix it. Now two months later, I still have a broken device not in my possession and the manager Tyler was supposed to overnight it to me last Monday- I checked the status of the label and it was never mailed out. I called this morning a week later thinking it was just delayed for him to tell me he didn't have time last week to get it done and never mailed it. But assures me he will today, well that's what you said last week. How can I trust that I'm ever going to even see this device again? This company is a scam, and they don't care about their customers or keeping to their word. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. First and last horrible experience with this joke...
