Appalling service. I was kicked out while trying to buy a nicotine vape for not leaving my two year old son in the car. Discrimination against single mothers.

I entered one side of the establishment looking to purchase a flavored nicotine vape. I asked the man for a certain vape and he directed me next door. I walked in next door to purchase the vape, and as soon as the cashier finished checking out the man at the register, he turned to me and told me I couldn’t make my purchase with my son with me and that I would have to leave him in the car. It’s 93 degrees outside. My son would get heatstroke if I left him in the truck. I have been to this location many times with my son before and spent a lot of money and it’s never been an issue. The usual ladies that work the counter are so nice but they were not there today and the service I received was shocking. I’m very interested in the policy that this business has if someone can direct me to that I’d be grateful because I don’t see the difference between taking him into a tobacco/nicotine vape shop and taking him with me when I go to buy cigarettes at the corner store or specs...

Hands down one of the best smoke shops in the area of Houston, it might be a little bit more expensive but everybody there is Chill and I'm not only that they have knowledge that in cases you might not know. What I love the most is they don't belittle you for what you don't know which is a common misconception that most smoke shops in the area don't even give you a good deal if you don't even know where you're talking about. These guys are willing to haggle these guys are willing to just have a conversation and especially these guys are willing to help you out on your next piece to be more suitable for your needs. I would give this store a hundred percent satisfaction rating and 100% customer...

Use to have great customer service Been coming here for 10 years spent thousands of dollars on glass... This new lady claimed she ran the store but wouldn’t and couldn’t answer any questions or would not get any glass for me.She would just say,idk and continued doing her own thing instead of helping me. You just lost a loyal customer!
