With over 10 years experience with car audio/video, this place has Great products/install but horrible customer service. I dropped off my w7 for repair over 5 months ago and was told a lead time of 1 month and I would be updated on process. I never received a single phone call returned after calling multiple times and left messages. No response, so I went into shop to see my subwoofer in the exact same spot it was a few months earlier. Was told a story or two on why it wasn't sent yet but would be sent asap and would be called with an update. Again, never received a single call and waited a few more months assuming my sub had to been done by now, even with Ryan never returning any of my calls I finally got Ryan on the phone and still had zero explanation for why sub hasn't left. I immediately take woofer, and within 5 minute phone call I was able to receive a RA# which he said jl audio wouldn't give him. Now I have no explanation why he would ignore customers and not return any phone calls just seem pretty shady with his intentions with...

I first discovered Ryan while searching for a window tinting service, and his team exceeded my expectations with their impeccable work and fair pricing. A few months later, I needed a breathalyzer installed and returned to his shop, where the process was smooth and efficient. Each time I visited for calibration, the service was quick and hassle-free. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and didn’t hesitate to bring it to Ryan for window tinting. I’ve been so impressed with his work that I even recommended his business to my mother, and he did an excellent job on her car as well. Overall, I’ve been extremely satisfied with Ryan and his team, and I look forward to continuing to use and recommend his services...

If I could give more stars I definitely would. The staff was awesome and super honest about what could be done. I wanted to get my windows tinted but the cars so old that it would have been difficult and he let me know which I was actually really appreciative of. They replaced my front speakers and put new ones in the back for just $300! (That’s with buying the speakers from them) on top of all that, they fixed some of the wiring in my car for free which was super awesome. Now my interior light turns on when I open the door.
