Bella's Beauty - Korean Nails & Skincare — Local services in Seattle

I've been a client at Bella's for a year and would go in for a facial every 4-6 weeks. I really enjoyed my facial experience and felt that Bella cared about my skin. The prices are super affordable and the products really helped my skin.

However, the last two visits I had another aesthetician do my facials instead of Bella and was disappointed with the experience. The first visit was okay but she tried selling me an add on service. The second visit she forgot two of the steps that are normally part of the facial (I've gotten it at least 8 times so remember every step), tried to sell me on the same add on service, and almost forgot the arm massage. She ran back into the room and mentioned she forgot the massage and went through it quickly.

I shared my feedback privately via email and the Square prompt and asked how I can book with Bella next time. I was disappointed in the response I received: "Hi, I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We will be happy to help and make sure your next facial is better!" She didn't answer my question about booking with her directly.

Unfortunately, you can't book with a specific aesthetician when you make an appointment online which is a feature available with most other salons when you have different expert levels. Also, as a repeat and loyal customer for a year, I was expecting a response that would actual lead to a better experience next time - which is to book directly with Bella. I don't feel comfortable making an appointment anymore with showing up to be surprised that I would end up with the same aesthetician. I had Bella’s mini facial, and it was so informative and relaxing - this was my first time here. At the beginning of the session, we talked about my current routine and some changes I could make to start seeing better results. Some of the changes she recommended were weekly exfoliation and taking vitamin c and collagen supplements. I was impressed to find out that Bella studied her masters in esthetician in South Korea, and she did prove to be quite knowledgeable. I appreciated that she told me what she was applying on my face before doing so.

I drifted into somewhat of a sleep for the rest of the session, listening to the gentle music playing in the background. Mid-way through the session, Bella asked me if I wanted her to work on some of my acne. I told her to only focus on my nose since I was worried about other areas scarring. To my surprise, she removed all the blackheads that I’d been trying to remove for weeks in a matter of a seconds!

The last part of the session was the most relaxing. She gave a soothing massage to my face, applied a mask, and then massaged my shoulders and neck! I now prefer getting facials over body massages since it’s almost like a 2 in 1 service 😆 Anyway, when the service was over, I really couldn’t believe it had only been 45 minutes. The session felt so much longer, since I learned so much and a lot of work was done.

A hidden gem in the Ballard area that I am so glad that I was able to find!

Nestle behind royal nails you’ll find yourself very beautiful facial area. Everything in the room is so adorable down to the towels, and the Q-tips and applicators.

I went to Bella specifically for a Korean style collagen facial treatment that would hydrate my skin. She provided a really great discount coupon rate for the first time that I came to the shop.

Honestly, I was completely blown away by the spatial and honestly felt like this should be a $400 facial 😜

The attention to detail was incredible with so many different hydration steps that I felt my skin desperately needed.

Bella also went above and beyond with taking care of not just my face because it was a facial but also my arms which she massage and moisturized as well as my neck area and upper back and head!

I also even had a little bit of residual hair around my upper lip and chin which she helped me trim. It was super nice!
