About 3 years ago we had Carpet King install carpet on the entire second floor of our house. Year two, we started noticing a little “movement”, but nothing that was too concerning. Now, we are into year three. There are many waves and carpet loose all over the place! I called Carpet King various times and asked them to help solve the problem. They said their warranty for everything is one year. There is a reason for that. After checking with different carpet stretchers, they all said, “bad installation-cheap carpet”! I guess “buyer beware” when you shop there. The stretcher that I hired said “his warranty is 8 years, but the carpet will probably be shot by then”. We have no kids or pets in our home.
