Awful experience, a friend and I came in yesterday afternoon to buy some costumes for us and our pets, everything was going well until my friend had to use the restroom, they allowed her use it but while I was waiting for her, a lady in a brown dress came up to me with an attitude and told me to register my costumes in the back as she walked away rudely (I still wasn't sure if it was what I was going to purchase yet and her tone made me feel like I was being seen as a thief because there was other people walking around freely with their items) but there was another girl behind her and she told me to follow her. After leaving the items that I still wasn't sure about my friend came out of the restroom and I let her know what happened. We decided to leave but then I got the urge to come back and buy the costumes I didn't even really want just to prove that I am not a thief. My friend was having stomach issues so she decided to use the restroom again. When she asked they rudely asked her "how many times have you used it?!" I get that they dont have to let us use the restroom, but they are nobody to talk to us like that. I was also told that I couldnt have fun in the store or have a drink at the nearby restaurant before I go into the store. I am an adult, i was not being loud or aggressive so why would you guys treat us, the only colored people in the store like that? (No, we didn't use the restroom 5 times. That's a lie,(unless you guys think we look like someone else) we just used it once before being treated like thief's then tried to use it for the SECOND TIME after stepping out for like 15-20 minutes while we decided whether we wanted to still buy after being mistreated. And we weren't intoxicated. Just had a drink like an adult, if this is a family store then why do you have provocative costumes? I can go drink a beer at chuck e cheese but wont be allowed in wearing a costume I buy at...

HORRIBLE RUDE RASCIST AWFUL STAFF, never coming here again, tired of going to seattle where people claim to be all about equal rights and inclusivity, to just be humiliated and publicly shamed for wanting to use a restroom, sorry i am a human being, there was one magical wonderful sweet lady dressed like a witch with dark hair, meanwhile the girl with brown mullet ugly hair was mean mugging me and the heavy set blonde behind the counter was the one who tried to humiliate me, rude snob, how sad, to be that miserable working at a halloween store (Replying to the lying comment:) Lady i did NOT use the restroom 5 times, the last time i asked would have probably been the 3rd time, you are in Seattle, your going to have worse problems than 2 people drinking which is legally allowed in this city, there are bars and restaurants everywhere, lastly, your "diverse staff" was hearing us speak spanish and were mugging us BEFORE i even used the restroom, and drinking, gives you stomach issues...so whatever you can think your right, but your store is wrong...your member could have been nicer in telling me the policy, but no she gave me horrible attitude an tried to come at me aggressively asking me how many times i used it, but whatever dosent matter, we had the intention of paying for our stuff. There are better ways at approaching people, should hire people who know how to do that, and everyone was white...

Awful experience. I bought some squirt guns that I was told I could return so long as they weren't opened. I carefully filled them with a small amount of water to see if they leak as I know cheaply made water guns often do, but was hoping this store sold quality items especially they were $20. Sadly they both immediately leaked out the tips, so I emptied them fully and brought them back to the store to exchange them. I was told they are considered a "wearable" and we're not returnable, which is exactly opposite what I was told previously. I explained they leak and I was told to take it up with the manufacturer in the United Kingdom. They don't care about selling shoddy items, take no accountability and receipts are apparently useless. I even asked if I cold buy a second pair and test them in the store with a tiny bit of water (again without opening them) and was told this wouldn't be fair to the next customer if they did leak?! How is that logical at all? I feel they should care of their items work at all but clearly they don't. Worst customer service experience I've had in many years, save up money and buy from a company with better return policies of buy directly from the...
