Worst customer service ever. I called this place a few days ago to see if I could make an appointment to get a simple tattoo but I was told that I had to go into the shop to make a same day appointment so I did that the next day. When I went in, the guy sitting there was dismissive from the get-go and he said that he was booked up for the day so I’d have to come back the next day at 11 and he could do it then. He didn’t bother to make an appointment for me since he said it wouldn’t take long to get it done. I showed up the next day on time and waited outside for 15 minutes, but the shop was still closed so I got some food and went back 15 minutes later. The place was still closed and no one had shown up yet. I’m not sure where this guy picked up his stellar social skills but this is no way to run a business. Apparently wasting customers’ time is an acceptable practice for the owner...

Got referred by a friend, and was really happy that I got my tattoo here. Scheduling was great seeing that my availability and they're appointment schedule match up perfectly. Though I came a bit early, they were still welcoming and ran the professional procedure to ensure safety and a solid business. As soon as the tattoo artist was ready, he took the time To ensure the sizing and correct placing of the tattoo to ensure that every aspect of it aligned with my views. After the tattoo was finished, he applied the correct substances and recommended specific instructions to help the healing of the tattoo and explained it with detail. In the end was very satisfied with the experience and look forward to the ending result. Electric Cobra is an awesome spot. Has such an authentic vibe, like a good tattoo shop should. Great art on the walls, great music on the stereo, great artists at work. You all have created something awesome there. Had Roberto (Cougartooth) tattoo my hands. Quick and responsive in communication and just through an email, drew up exactly what I had described, but better. During the tattoo process Roberto couldn’t have done more to check in and make sure I was good. Watching the tattoo take shape and the level of attention to detail, the vision of making it come to life and the customization was an amazing experience.
