They could do better all around TANYA is amazing out of all the staff she ACTUALLY cares about all the people that stay there for help she enjoys her job and u can tell it the moment u speak to her and u can't say that about very many of the staff sadly they deal with a lot but if u can't be supportive understanding and caring of the people that stay there then don't work there period u knew who and how the people u are around u choose the job staff needs to be a lot more compassionate I understand the nights out in a sense but a lot of homeless that come there finally feel secure they finally have somewhat of a lot more stable housing and a actual bed to sleep in at night that safe but to threaten them and make them feel insecure because they didn't clean their room in 30 mins is one thing I wish I...

The navigation is cutting edge advocacy for the homeless. Harm reduction, though it seems so obvious, is just starting to become policy in the USA, and this place is right at the forefront of the philosophy. There is always room for improvement of course, but I feel lucky to have been given the opportunity to stay here. The navigation center is the best idea I've seen in a long time. The problem is some of the people that have stayed there and that are currently staying there. No one has respect for themselves or anyone else. The program at the navigation is great as long as you see your case manager and do what is expected of you ,which isn't much you will be in your.own place in no time at all.
