Kasala - SODO Outlet — Local services in Seattle

We recently bought the Phinney sectional from the SODO Kasala Outlet and we've been extremely happy with our purchase! The couch fits our home perfectly, is super comfortable, and big enough for two people to comfortably lounge. The couch is also super comfortable to sleep on, especially when you remove the back cushions, it makes the couch extra wide with room to move around. Perfect for afternoon naps or a place for friends to crash.

Ashley, George, and the rest of the Kasala team have been excellent to work with. We paid for delivery and assembly service which I highly recommend, the team was on time, fast and professional. They were even able to accommodate a last minute change in delivery times due to a personal emergency. A few weeks after delivery, we encountered some minor issues with our couch (slight creaking and uneven legs). I reached out to the store and was amazed by their fast response time and graciousness. Ashley was immediately available to assist us and within two days of reaching out, George came over and resolved the issues quickly.

We heard about Kasala from a friend and will continue recommending this...

i spent a long time looking for the right couch and so happy i stumbled upon kasala. all of the sales associates are super knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushing. plus the funiture is really high quality and well designed!

special shout out to Rook! they made the entire experience as stress free as possible and were also so patient and helpful with my questions and indecision.

i visited the SODO store 3 times before buying my couch and always worked with rook! my first trip they asked what i was looking for and showed me some pieces that fit the list. rook helped me pick a piece that would go with the style i was looking for, size, and comfort. i even brought a really poorly sketched out layout of my apartment to show them and they worked with my diagram and photos of the space.

rook also was such a nice person and gave recommendations for other touches to help my space feel homier - which was so kind :) also they gave me some more seattle recs since i just moved from out of state!

I'm writing this review to shout out the exemplary customer service I recently got from David Jaszewski in sales and Georgi Nedkov in service. I bought a couch at Kasala a decade or so ago and have loved it ever since, but recently one of the legs broke off. I figured 10 years is a pretty good lifespan for a couch and was resigning myself to dropping another $1-2k for a new one but figured I'd email the company just in case they could do anything to help. Turns out they stand behind their products basically forever, and they sent Georgi out to repair it a couple days later, free of charge.

It got more complicated though, since my couch was long since out of production and the new leg was a slightly different size, making the couch lopsided. I reached out again, and Georgi came back, brought the sofa into their repair shop, and replaced all of the legs. Once again, this was all free of charge and I'm still blown away by the friendly, responsive customer service which is so rare to find these days.
