I had a 5 star review 2 years ago. I just changed it to a 2 star review and that's only because the bagels themselves still taste very good. In the past 2 years i have gotten breakfast bagels at this location at least 20x. EVERY single time they forget something. Whether i pre order online or in store i have not once gotten my breakfast sandwich the way i ordered it the first time. Today they forgot the egg on my breakfast bagel i orderded with EXTRA egg. Thankfully i checked once i got in the car to make sure and went back in and at least got one of the eggs, though not the extra one i paid for. Im back in the car and already omw to my destination when i realize they also forgot the avocado i was charged and paid an additional $1.50 for. With the forgotten extra egg, that's $3.00 of ingredients i was charged for yet did not receive. They have a funny sign at the entance which reads "like the rest of the world, we are short staffed... Please be patient" . Fine, you are short staffed, i get it, i work in the service industry as well. Apparently you must be so desperate for workers that you dont require them to know how to read or to care enough about what they are serving to correctly complete orders and give people what they are paying for. My employer also uses toast. I know how easy that pos system makes it to accurately read orders and prepare them correctly. Charging people extra for things they arent receiving is not only a shady business practice, but its...
Read moreMasks required, card only no cash accepted. Hard to hear anything, went in on a busy afternoon. The woman taking my order had no idea what an americano was, I ordered a half-caf americano and she asked if that was coffee with half n half. I explained no, it’s espresso with hot water, and I wanted one shot of full caffeine and one shot decaf. I also ordered a double shot mocha as well as a couple bagel sandwiches. She seemed confused as to what these drinks were and I pointed to their menu and said they’re made with espresso from the espresso machine. I watched her pour drip coffee from the carafes for my “americano”, but I wasn’t sure that’s what had happened since there were other drinks. By time me and my husband tried our coffee we were on the road. Yep. She poured me drip coffee and charged me for an americano ($.50 difference but still, I wanted an americano not drip). My husbands mocha also just tasted like drip coffee with chocolate syrup in it, it should have been pretty strong with the two shots but it tasted watery. Really disappointed because I took the time to explain to her how to make these drinks, despite them literally being on the menu she not only charged me for the item she just poured us coffee... the bagel sandwiches were fantastic. I’d stick to just food from now on at this location. I don’t like being charged extra for an...
Read moreGood bagels, but they will ALWAYS forget to include your side of cream cheese if you order online. This has happened to me on at least 3 occasions from this location. I love my salmon lox cream cheese, and it's so disappointing opening the bag to find a lone bagel with nothing else - no butter, no anything - especially when you can't go back and get it. When it happened the first time, I called the store multiple times with no answer. I get it; it's busy. I also messaged Blazing Bagels on their website as well as on social medias with no answer. If you can't replace it, at least refund it! A side of lox cream cheese is $2, and on top of being disappointed that it's not there, no one is there to get back to me to say I could come in and get another one at a later time, or even a refund. It happened again this morning when we placed an order for work. Luckily, someone is able to go back and get it. We were missing both sides of cream cheese for the bagels in our order. This is important!! No one wants to eat a bagel with...
