I went to this jeweler for appraisal, worst experience ever. First it took 5months to get it appraised, I had to call periodically to be told that it takes time. When appraisal was completed never got a call, found out when I called him. Second, he lost a piece of jewerly and damaged another. There was no accountability taken on his part, he was like “I believe you and not sure what you want me to do?” On the lost piece of jewelry I called few times, he never followed up with me. The main stone fell out of my engagement ring. The man working here rebuilt all four prongs, reset the stone, and even sized it down for me. Not only was the repair fast, but very reasonably priced (Another shop quoted 3x the price for the same repair). I got my ring back in a week and it looks brand new! I’m so happy to have it back.
