I’ve been going here for about 6 months now. I am very impressed with the studio. The instructors have different styles, yet each unique in their own way. With the small class size, you get an intimate, personalized experience. The instructors don’t sit around and yell out positions or exercises, they take the time to explain each move with demonstrations. They help you perform the exercise correctly to your best ability with a modification and with out injury. The equipment is top tier quality, not plastic. Every student I have met is super nice. I go to group private classes at Strength and Mobility, and they are by far the best Pilates studio in the Seattle area. Lucky to have them on the South Side.
