Frustrating Experience with 180 Transform

I was really hopeful about working with 180 Transform, but the experience has been disappointing. It took three weeks and three follow-ups just to get my personal training sessions scheduled. When they finally happened, the trainer was great—but everything else was a mess.

I later found out that 30 minutes of gym access was supposed to be included during personal training, which they never told me. I asked if I could come in for an hour to make up for it, but they said no and wanted to charge me, even though I was just trying to recoup time I had already paid for.

I seriously intended to sign up for a full membership, but the poor customer service, lack of follow-up, and disorganized admin team completely turned me off. The final straw? They canceled all my remaining sessions without my permission, and I still haven’t seen a refund or credit.

Visiting family in Seattle and decided to get a week pass over the holidays. $50 a little more then I wanted to spend but proximity to where I was staying was worth it. I use to belong to this gym when it was Denali and was living in Seattle and was happy with what transform 180 has done. Could use some more machines/equipment for legs and so forth but overall a nice refresh of the space and what I really liked was near 24 hour access. Even on the holiday when they didn’t have staff working to spend time with their families we are given remote access to the gym to utilize when we needed and wanted. I am staying in Seattle as a tourist, so I bought one of their one week passes and couldn’t have been happier about that decision. People were friendly, the equipment was pretty much what I needed to get some decent workouts in (at home I go to a gym tailored for bodybuilders, so of course that’s different), everything was very well maintained and immaculately clean. I loved how even at the weekend wanting to work out super early in the morning wasn’t an issue thanks to the app they use for unlocking the door.
